We bought this exact doll here on Amazon six years ago for our daughter who was four years old at the time as a Christmas gift. She has slept with it almost every night since then, has taken it along almost everywhere, and it remains one of her most prized possessions. The doll is of excellent quality, has an adorable and nearly lifelike face, and a very soft body perfect for a little girl to hold and cuddle. We have yet to find another Christmas gift for our daughter, now 10 years old, that will be as beloved as this one was.

I am surprised to admit that this baby doll is worth every penny! She was bought for grandaughter's 2nd birthday. Immediately upon opening the package, she reached for her "baby" and they have been inseparable ever since. The first thing she did was kiss the dolls head and reach for the bottle to feed her. This doll is just the right size for her 2 year old height and is exactly soft enough for cuddle action. The head, hands and feet have a pleasant skin soft feel. The little bunny was also a "hit", but the book was too small to be of much use and and I was glad I had also bought a Little Golden "mommy" book to present with the doll. I wondered why the nipple on the little bottle was so long and skinny, but my grandaughter didn't mind that. My only "complaint" would be the doll's vanilla fragrance is a little over powering for those who have sensitivity to perfumes. I assume the intensity of the smell will fade over time. My grandaughter received 2 other dolls at her birthday party, but this is the one she delights in. Right now this doll's name is "my baby" and I suspect will be with her for years!

This baby doll is so worth the money! I admit that I am quite a doll snob. I sew and sell handmade Waldorf dolls, so I am very particular about any store bought dolls. However, I love Corolle dolls. My little girl received a Calin doll for her second birthday, and loved loved loved her. She is now making four years old and I wanted a slightly larger baby doll for her. If you want a size comparison, Bebe Do is just a little taller and a tad fuller in the body then Calin. Bebe Do is the perfect size for my four year old. Dolls that are much larger than this are too bulky for little ones to carry easily and seem to get neglected. I had ordered the 17" Corolle doll, Lila, and she is far too big for my four year old. Lila is as big as a real baby. Also, if you are trying to choose between Lila and Bebe Do, I'll tell you that Bebe Do is much cuter in person than Lila is. I returned our Lila doll in favor of keeping Bebe Do. Calin has been so well loved that she is a bit flimsy now. Bebe Do is the perfect addition to my little girl's doll family. This doll has the sweetest face, absolutely adorable. I debated between a Bitty Baby and Bebe Do, and am so glad I went with Bebe Do. I am a fan of American Girl and have their historical dolls, but Bitty Baby does not compare to Bebe Do in terms of face sculpt or even the cute factor. Bebe Do also has more delicate hands than Bitty Baby. And that sweet Corolle vanilla smell is so perfect. It is not at all overpowering, very subtle. Our Calin doll still has her sweet smell two years and a few washing machine cycles later. If you do wash your doll, be sure to put her in a pillowcase on gentle. You will love this Corolle doll!!

I purchased this toy for my 5 year old niece. She loved it, i have 3 little girls who also have this polly pocket. It is one of there favorite things to play with! I would recommend this for any little girl but be careful it does have small pieces.

She especially loves this one (Polly Pocket Totally Trendy Pets Jungle Tails) because there is a cat. She has 2 cats at home & loves them, so this Polly was special to her. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 in fun & overall is that the clothes were hard for her to take off & put back on. I'm sure she would want to play with it more often, it took her older sister a while to master that & I'm sure she'll get the hang of it very soon, until then I'll happily help her.

My 5 year old is in tears right now because her new Barbie won't stay in her chair nor will the chair stay upright--it keeps tipping over ( the suction cup doesn't stick to anything) In addition the dye does not look at all like it does on the box which frustrates her even more and once the dye strips are gone -the fun is over and it is just like any other Barbie except you just paid $25 instead of $12. Save yourself the frustration, tears and money and buy something else.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The Hairstastic Barbie is actually just an overpriced Barbie whose function will run out when the dye cards do, so get it for the playing with Barbies rather than dying and styling the hair. This Barbie is sturdy and pretty and has beautiful lush, long hair. A seat is provided to make it easy to seat barbie and style her hair, but this was more of a hinderance she kept tipping over. I don't think that there is an education aspect to this Barbie fun yes, educational no. But then again, who plays with Barbies for the education? I found that the price was a bit too high as well.

My 9 year-old was so excited to play with this Barbie, but she is SO disappointed because you can't buy the color refills at the stores! We had similar issues with the suction cup on the bottom of the chair not staying put. She was able to color the hair with me holding the chair to make sure Barbie and the chair stayed in place. Not all that messy like some others thought.

My main problem is that you have to order the foil color refills from Mattel and pay $2 for 3 foils PLUS $4.95 shipping!!!! The shipping is the same amount for up to $30 I believe, so you may want to order several refills since the shipping will be the same.

I don't find it educational, but I don't really find any Barbie educational. lol

I say save your $$ and get something else.

This is a very cute Barbie doll and the hair color works well. The problem is there is not much hair color and Barbie is too large for the little chair. Once you run out of hair color, you have just a Barbie doll and you can't color her hair any more unless you know how to make your own hair color that will work on doll hair and won't stain everything in sight. The chair is useless for this doll. This is a Typical Barbie toy which is next to impossible to get out of the package and is over priced, but girls just love them anyway!

My daughter was excited for her doll to wear these like she does. They look just like the picture although will to get a 5 from me because the material is just so-so. Seems kind of thin and cheap and I am not sure if it will hold up too well after repeated plays and taking the on and off. For the price though I am happy with them. All that matters is that my daughter loves the set!

I want to give this doll 5 stars simply based off the fact that it is easy to take off and put back on the clothes and shoes! That is a big plus for me so that my children can do this on their own. It is cute! My kids love it. It is extremely durable...but be careful of little ones getting ahold of it as the head is extremely heavy and there have been a couple head related mishaps.

I recently purchased this set for my 10-year-old daughter. She was delighted! Unfortunately, we have been unable to figure out how to get the dolls to sing simultaneously. The direction sheet seems simple enough, but simply following the picture how-to is not adequate to ensure that the dolls will sing together. Otherwise it sounds something more like an acutal high school musical... In addition, her four-year-old brother got a hold of it and 30 seconds later Troy is a bilateral amputee at the pelvic region. These dolls are not like the ones in the era I grew up in whose legs could simply be popped back into place. Once, these dolls are broken they are fairly useless unless you have a reconstructive surgery degree from Mattel Medical School. I am still trying to figure out some way to salvage my $ investment with a little Super Glue, but I am not having much luck yet. If your child loves High School Musical, this is a great way to allow them to use their imagination and put on their own production. Just use great care if you have a little brother in your household.

I was kind of disappointed with this purchase. I searched around for the Troy doll for my daughter for Christmas this year and when the two dolls arrived I was so excited that she was going to have both Troy and Gabriella this year. However, when she opened them and began playing with them she wasn't as excited as I expected. I wasn't either. The dolls do sing but they do not sing together and if you don't press the buttom on their backs at the right time in sequence than the signing is completely off. Also, the tune that the two dolls sing to is completely different keys so it was a little disappointing. As far as playing with them as you would with any Barbie doll, they're great.

The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that no brushes were included and that there is only one pony with wings and one unicorn pony. Of course this cause sharing issues. This is a beautiful set of ponies. You get all seven of the core ponies and they each have the theme they represent written on their sides in beautiful script. Pinkie Pie says "Joy" which is my daughter's middle name. She adored this set of ponies, they are absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price for so many ponies.

but it was cute & my granddaughter loved it. Then I got a call from my daughter saying that the material had ripped & 'tshe couldn't sew it herself the way it had ripped. There went a cute stroller and a crying granddaugher. This happened after only two weeks. It's made in China, so there is the problem. Cheap labor & poor quality.

I wanted a nice stoller for my daughter for christmas, one that would last for a long time. She is only 2 so as soon as she saw it she got in it, and yes it is made for dolls so I will give them that much. However, I have had strollers that cost a lot less that my children got into and it lasted for years. This tore within 2 months. Even as I was putting it together I knew it wouldn't last because it was so cheaply made. It should have only cost $10-15 then I wouldnt have cared so much, then I would have got what I paid for.
