It toke about 2 weeks for this doll to come which was pretty long but it was around the holidays so that is probably why.

When I received her she was very very cute....she didn't have the same skin tone as in the picture but her skin was still very realistic. Her head moves and it looks soooo real! she is very cute!! her hair is long and can get messy at times but if you take care of it, then it is adorable. She looks alot like a real baby and even can fit a real pacifier in her mouth if you cut the tip!! I would buy her again! I was so excited to receive her and was def. not disappointed! Her hands feel so real and she has a rubbery texture, not like silicone but similar, which I thought was awesome! Her feet look so real, and she fits in 3 month clothing for babies! I recommend this doll!

The dog is beautiful but I am very disappointed in the doll's hair. It does not look, nor does it feel, soft. It is very course and pokes out in all directions. I would think a doll this expensive would have real hair that would be baby soft.

Ghouls night out Spectra is so lovely. I think this is the best version of her we have since since the original. Spectras hair is extremely long and goes all the way to her knees. Her hair is mostly purple with streaks or magenta throughout. On top of her head she wears the most adorable tophat. The hat itself is made of black plastic but it has an adorable ribbon bow at the back that is purple with black chains printed on it. Her facepaint is extremely pretty. She has lavender shadow liner her lower eye and the same lavender shade on her upper upper eyelid and crease as well. She has iridescent glitter along her browbone. Her lips are a very deep dark (almost black) shade of purple. Her eyes do not have as much of a turquoise color to them this time, they are a muted kind of slate grey/blue. Her earrings in each ear are metallic silver dangling chains with little locks on the end. She wears a multi layer chain choker style metallic silver necklace as well. She has a new hand mold as well. They are molded and painted purple to look like she is wearing gloves. Each glove has a keyhole design at the top of her hand. In her left hand she holds her black and purple Icoffin, and in her right hand she holds a silver makeup compact. Her outfit is adorable as well. She wears a sweetheart neckline strapless dress. The dress had a black background with a print of metallic silver and magenta chains all over it. Over her dress she wears a translucent purple lucite sleeveless coat with a high stand up collar. At her waist she wears a purple ribbon belt with a metallic silver buckle. Her purse is mostly metallic silver with a purple stripe in the middle and is covered with dangling swag chains. Her shoes are amazing. They are silver round toe pumps with silver chains coming down from her ankles and wrapping under the arch of the shoe. The heels are straight links of silver chains as well. There is a silver buckle at the instep and a small purple platform at the ball of her foot. She comes with a black stand and brush. Last but not least, she comes with a ghouls night out booklet. The booklet that comes with each doll is a little different which is nice. It shows the ghouls going to see Catty Noir, a beautiful black werecat pop singer in concert. Catty Noir is supposed to be released in doll form sometime later this summer. The booklet shows pictures of Venus, Ghoulia, and Clawdeen as well, so this may hint at there being future releases in the ghouls night out line (I sure hope so because Venus looks amazing and that would be an awesome doll!!). Overall Spectra is a gorgeous doll. Mattel did a great job on the ghouls night out line and I hope they do make more in the future!!

Glamour ghoul in modern dress. A great choice for any one interested in Monster High. The only downside is a Mattel problem with the doll's hair. Nothing special there just straight no imagination behind the hair style. Otherwise no problems.

I played h these dolls forever, and naturally when they returned I bought them for my daughter. I am rating this product on the older dolls, mainly cause for seven years * 2, I have bought my daughter a CPK for collection purposes. She loves them, and I buy the old vinatage ones for her to play with, the new ones are kept and stored. These dolls are adoable, come in every race you can imagine, are extremly durable, and are constantly getting a new update. I love their smell the most, but I did give it 3 stars for educational value because they all come with birth certificates and adoption papers. As with any child this will be a doll who will be their baby so naturally parenting will come into play as well. I love CPK and am a huge supporter of the long time maker.

Well, she glows in the dark, but my 4 year old grand daughter didn't realize in order for her to glow in the dark before she went to bed that she would have to hold her under the light for a period of time before she would glow in the dark. (Children want immediate results) When they do that it only lasts a real short time. On the other hand the stickers that also glow in the dark do not last long on the doll or clothes. Overall, she is a cabbage patch and how long will they really go around caring if she will glow in the dark, she is sure to be loved anyway.

We purchased this Cabbage Patch doll for our 7-year old who wanted a companion for her first Cabbage Patch doll. We purchased this blonde doll particularly because our daughter is blonde. We really didn't pay attention to the fact that it was a glow doll. Our daughter told us that the doll glowed when she opened it and she is thrilled with it. This is a beautiful bed and the size is perfect for our preschooler. The handles are just short enough to make carrying the bed in one hand difficult at best. The pillow is attached. Our preschooler noticed right away that her Corolle Mon Premier Doll's eyes did not close when in the bed. We unattached the pillow, but the doll's eyes still remain open unless you get her in the bed in just the right position.

Love these dolls, they're so cute but these dolls are VERY fragile. The limbs can & do detach on SOME dolls, however after playing with them on a regular basis they tend to break off. My daughter has gone trough duplicates of most of them over the last two years now. We've started keeping the more expensive ones in a hutch to avoid damages, but overall I think they're fabulous for little girls...due to small parts smaller children shouldn't play with them.

The medal fell off the ribbon as soon as it came out of the package and the zipper broke on the outfit after the first use. Will stick to buying these outfits at the store.

This fits the American Girl doll perfectly. It is half the price and the same quality as what you will buy from the American Girl (AG) store. My daughter is a gymnast and wanted the new outfit that she saw in the new AG catalog but preferred this because the colors were more USA team-like and something that Gabby Douglas would wear. My daughter commented that the metal was like "real gold" and we didn't have the quality issues that I read about in other reviews. This outfit includes the grips, which is what many kid gymnasts want. The red, white, and blue of this outfit is easier to match if you're looking for a similar leotard or grip bag for your child.

The outfit was too hard to get on the American girl doll. It was too tight. My two 8 yr. old granddaughters could not do it with out help. Also the Shoes are too small and cheaply made.

This Barbie is totally Cute! I love how Matel has updated the outfit from the original Barbie Outfit and made the bathing suit a two piece instead of the one piece. Barbie has the cute sunglasses and cell phone. Attached to her ankle is the 50th anniversary tag that shows she is the special 5oth b-day Barbie! Great Job and all at the special price!!

all that appealing! I like the updated bathing suit that reminds us of the old one in color but I did not like the sparkles they added to the material. I think it makes it look cheap. A nice souvenir of the fiftieth anniversary but not much more than that. And watch out for the scalpers! Can't understand how Amazon advertised the $3 one for a week and ran out of her in one day!! I paid too much for mine. Other stores are offering it for much less and one had the decency to still sell their second delayed supply at the original price of $3. Talk about character and integrity. Too bad we can't mention the name here.

This Barbie is a great edition, all at once a great blend of classic and trendy.

I ordered the Then & Now Bathing Suit anniversary Barbie Doll from another seller (at a much lower price, because we intend her to be a toy, not a collectible) and Barbie is just as expected... Except her purse is cardboard!!!! None of the reviews said her purse was cardboard!!! I was debating between this doll and the deluxe edition, so it looks like I'll be getting both now... Oh well.

Then & Now Barbie is a fun and beautiful doll, and she and my little girl will have hours and hours of playtime at Barbie's pool and on Barbie's party cruise.

I presented this doll to my daughter today. She is 18 months old and has two other soft dolls that were presents, but she hasn't shown much interest in them. I wanted something with natural, nontoxic materials, and quickly learned that that doesn't come cheap. She stared at it in wonder and clasped her chubby little arms around it. It's been at her side since then. Watching her whisper to it eases the pain I felt about the price tag.

From an adult perspective, this doll is made of quality materials, and the construction is sound. There is absolutely no chemical smell. The skin is darker than I expected, more of an espresso color, but I consider that a positive as it is closer to my daughters complexion. The doll is stuffed quite firmly, but I expect that she will soften over time. The dress is much prettier than it appeared in the picture. I purhased clothes designed for the American Doll brand, and those fit adequately, but are a little loose. The doll has smooth cotton skin, and feels warm when held, probably due to the wool.

I would have given 5 stars if not for the hair. It's soft, shiny and jet-black, like my daughter's hair, and obviously a natural fiber. The roots seem to be firmly attached. However, it is somewhat fragile, and I've had a clump break off in my hand while styling it. One of the reasons I wanted a Waldorf doll was for the styleable hair, but this doll's hair would have to be handled very gently. I am braiding it out of the way until my daughter is old enough to accomplish this.

All in all, this is a beautiful, sturdy doll that managed to appeal to a very picky toddler. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Molly was a Christmas present for my seven year old granddaughter, Emma, who already had the Kit doll. Other members of the family bought clothes and accessories. She loves both dolls and is interested in the history stories connected with each doll. These dolls are expensive but with care should last for generations. I recommend anyone buying them also buy the accompanying book and interest the child in the period in time that the doll represents. A treasured gift I think any young girl should love

First, I think most toys that involve water are fun, so my daughter just loved that it was a pool. I didn't realize how the dolls do continuous flips down the slide. That makes is pretty cool, even for me. My daughter got this for her 5th birthday and loves it. there is a little concession stand where she can sell drinks and there are tiny cup holders in the pool and the chaise lounge. I can't say that it's durable, we already broke part off, the part the doll leans against before flipping her down the slide, but honestly, we glued it and it's better than it was. It can be tricky to get the doll in place just right before flipping as well, but my daughter has it figured out. Much younger than 5 though, and it might mean you are always helping. Very cute toy, definitely a hit.
