This doll is adorable. She has a pleasant scent that has remained through months of cuddling and play. The clothing lacks craftmanship though the outfit is cute. The tights do not stay up around the waist and are constantly falling down. The velcro that closes the back of the shirt/dress is not very strong and always agape.

The hair! Oh, the hair! We bought this because my daughter is very interested in hair right now and was constantly unraveling her Abby Cadabby doll's yarn hair. We thought this doll's long hair would be just the thing. Alas, it is thin and instantly tangles. It is so thin that it can't even be pulled into a ponytail without bald spots. The first gentle combing, a fifth of the hair was lost. The rest seems well attached. It is a strange length. With just a centimeter or two more, all the hair could be caught up in a ponytail. As it is, it just catches into one and then immediately escapes. The face is sweet and looks like a baby Barbie or Cinderella. The dolls of other races look just as cute and we will be getting the African-American potty training doll from this series for Christmas. This doll fits in the Fisher-Price stroller, but a younger child will need help getting her loose again.

We've named her Inga and my daughter loves her even though the tights, headband and boots are on the shelf until she is older and she has ratty hair.

I got this for my 7 year old today. She likes the tu tu on this doll. I think that the doll is pretty however, I think the other little mommy dolls with the short hair are cuter and the eyes aren't painted on like this one. The eyes look more real on the ones with the shorter hair and also the little mommy sweet as me dolls with the shorter hair are easier to manage as far as hair goes and look cuter. The hair on this doll is uneven and hard for a child especially a younger child to manage. The hair is cut choppy and uneven. Hopefully, they will keep making the dolls with the shorter hair but I haven't seen them in stores lately. I don't like this new version of dolls but my daughter seems to like her new doll mainly because she likes the tu tu outfit.

My daughters (ages 2 and 3) LOVE these tiny princesses. They dont care for the light up want part, but the princesses are carried around all day! Small parts, and I have had to perform 'surgery' on them more than once (their arms need to be super-glued back on at least every 4 days).

My experience with this toy was not good. My daughter was waiting to play with this toy but finally when it came, it did not work. I even took this toy to ToysRUs to get it checked and they said probably the batteries are dead. I am surprised that they sell a brand new toy whose batteries are out. I am returning this toy. The two minis that come with it-Cinderella and Belle: they are fun and that is the only thing my daughter enjoyed since the wand never worked.

The little figurines that come with this toy are ADORABLE, and well painted, HOWEVER, their head and bodies are connected by a very very fragile bit of vinyl plastic, and even just MY handling one of them wiggled the head almost entirely off of the body!

Needless to say, Cinderella lost her head in the hands of my daughter within five minutes. I will try to glue her back together when I find something flexible enough as a glue, but in the meantime, Belle has been put away for safekeeping. The princesses must be slid on and snapped to the throne which isn't very easy (so I'm pretty sure *I* would have snapped Cinderella's head trying to get her off of the throne), and the light on the throne only shines blue so if Belle sits on it, she shines blue, not yellow. I may take a razor blade and cut off the ridges onto which the princess slides onto because A.) you have to use some force to get her on and off, and the only available handling point is her head, and B.) the princesses sit on the throne without that nonsense anyway. I like that the throne is detachable from the wand (throne on wand=weird concept), and we use it as a Lalaloopsy chair now (sure is a lot more stable than those silly mini chairs that come with lalaloopsy doll sets anyway) until I've figured out a way to put the princess back together.

I would definitely recommend the figurines ONLY as adult collector or display items, but the throne is fine for any kind of 3" mini doll. Good luck!

My girls haven't played with this long enough for me to know if the heads are going to break, but my annoyance is that the little throne is supposed to come on and off, and it just doesn't. So it stays on the wand, whereas my girls would love to take the throne off for other play. But the little dolls are just too cute for words. We have the 4 inch plastic princess dolls (with the rubbery dresses you can take off) and they love pretending these little ones are their daughters. We also have the Ariel/Snow White version of this. I'd love to get the other princess, but I can't seem to find any of the other "Magical Minis", as shown on the box, available for sale anywhere.

I never received this toy that I paid for well over a month ago. I could not find anywhere at all to report not receiving this. I ordered it the same time I ordered a Kindle skin and got the skin in a large box that was otherwise empty. Tracking the toy only showed the package delivered on Oct 5. I'd still really like to have the toy....it is a Christmas present. How can I resolve this?

It toke about 2 weeks for this doll to come which was pretty long but it was around the holidays so that is probably why.

When I received her she was very very cute....she didn't have the same skin tone as in the picture but her skin was still very realistic. Her head moves and it looks soooo real! she is very cute!! her hair is long and can get messy at times but if you take care of it, then it is adorable. She looks alot like a real baby and even can fit a real pacifier in her mouth if you cut the tip!! I would buy her again! I was so excited to receive her and was def. not disappointed! Her hands feel so real and she has a rubbery texture, not like silicone but similar, which I thought was awesome! Her feet look so real, and she fits in 3 month clothing for babies! I recommend this doll!

The dog is beautiful but I am very disappointed in the doll's hair. It does not look, nor does it feel, soft. It is very course and pokes out in all directions. I would think a doll this expensive would have real hair that would be baby soft.

Like all little girls, the commercial for this item sold her. I was leery to buy it because of the price, but gave in for Christmas. Well, it exceeded my worst fears. The stamps don't work at all, just a glob of dye on the hair, and it is so very messy. The hair dye stains your fingers and clean up is a nightmare. On top of that, the dolls clothes get dyed. There is no good way to 'play' with this doll. Its complete work and mess. Not fun for me or my daughter since I ended up making her play with it on the kitchen floor then had her take a bath afterwards. The commercial is a big lie.

My 6 yr old daughter loves the long hair on this doll, but the hair stamp thing doesn't work at all. She used the paints to color her hair (it doesn't completely wash out, but mostly... and she didn't care her hair had a pink tinge-lol). Just go in knowing that you are paying for the doll, the hair stamper is worthless, went in the trash the day after she got the doll becasue it just frustrated her. She does still adore the "long hair doll" however.

My 7 year old daughter loves this doll. The stamping tool is not very easy to use. I tried it myself and had some trouble with it. It doesn't turn out like the pictures show. Also the colored gel stuff is messy, especially if you don't stamp it correctly. But all in all, she has fun with it and loves her long hair. The doll is really cute too.

Consumers be advised...these dresses are meant for AMERICAN GIRL dolls and do NOT fit "My Twinn" dolls! We have a My Twinn doll and I just ASSUMED it was the same size as the American Girl dolls (they are both 18" dolls)...but I was WRONG. The dress is very tight on my daughters doll but it DOES fit. However, the dolls do NOT have the same sized feet! The My Twinn doll has feet about an inch LARGER than the American Girl doll. LUCKILY the shoes fit some of my daughters other dolls so we decided to keep them.

This particular dress is much prettier in PERSON then here online. I would recommend this seller to anyone who has a young girl! My daughter got these dresses for Cmas and LOVED them! 5 stars (even though they didn't quite fit the doll we bought them for!)

My daughter (AND toddler son) loves this doll. It has a pacifier attached by a strap that fits in her mouth and she even smells almost like a flower. I love that she doesn't make noise (therefore going off at all hours of the night like the Baby Alive doll) and she doesn't require a lot of maintenance (like the over the top baby dolls feeding, diapering, etc) and can just be used as a baby: to talk to, hold, lay in a cradle, etc.

I purchased this set for my 4 year old daughter as a surprise gift on a recent road trip. It was a hit. I love that it comes in it's own carrying case and is a complete set she could have hours of fun with. That made it a perfect travel toy. These were our first polly pockets and I was skeptical of how easy the clothes would be to get on. To my surprise they are very easy on and off. The plastic is super stretchy. She does me help from me though, which I don't mind. The Carr case helped us to keep all the pieces together and we managed to make it home without loosing any! The dolls. Hair is good quality as well. Very cute. Toy.

I bought this for my daughter's fifth birthday. I had been looking for a doll that is not a baby doll, but represents her age approximately, but did not want to spend the money on an American Doll or similar. This fit perfectly. The doll has a normal healthy-looking body and is great for pretend-play unlike dolls like Barbie or Bratz, which seem to sell a "type" (ditzy lady or bratty teenager respectively).

She has beautiful thick hair that can be styled with regular sized accessories, so my daughter puts her own clips and ponytail holders on her, as well as stretchy hairbands, which we fold twice. This is a big deal as i really hate to keep track of teeny-tiny doll accessories.

I've also sewn some clothes for the doll upon my daughter's request and we had lots of fun picking out fabrics and styles and she even helped with some of the sewing.

The doll is fantastically priced for what you get in terms of quality and looks. I have to admit it's also very realistic for little girls who are not yet old enough to understand the word "expensive" and so i don't have to worry too much if some major damage should happen to the doll. Little brothers, anyone?

All in all my daughter loves to play with it and i'm sure she will get good use out of it for several years.

I own two of the Corolle Les Cheries dolls and bought this one recently for my niece's 4th birthday. Just as the company says, they are a just right "in-between" doll for girls who are too old for baby dolls but not old enough for some other dolls. And what little girl doesn't love a ballerina doll with long beautiful hair!! These dolls are very well made out of a softer vinyl than most dolls which makes them more touchable and also easier for younger children to dress. And they smell wonderful! Very highly recommended!!

We picked this doll as a Christmas present as a more affordable alternative to the American Girl doll. She is smaller than the American Girl at 13 inches vs. 18 inches. I was concerned that there weren't as many accessories available as there are for 18 inch dolls additionally the official Corrolle Les Cheries outfits seem a little pricey to me. But I found that the Groovy Girls doll clothes fit this doll very nicely. That was a relief as you can get Groovy Girl clothes for about $12 an outfit. If you go this route keep in mind that some Groovy Girl dresses are a bit snug on Camille's hips so you may have to tug a bit ;-) Also, the official Les Cheries outfits are very cute and good quality so I would recommend springing for a few of them as well. And if you're handy you could always sew some clothes.

The thing I really love about this doll is that she looks like a little girl and is very age appropriate in that way. She smells fantastic (as other reviewers have noted). She is also very malleable and easy for little hands to dress much easier than Barbie. Her hair seems to be pretty good quality easy to pull back, etc. I've heard that wig brushes work best for doll hair, but we haven't tried this out yet. I like that regular size hair accessories work for her hair as well.

A note on her durability My only teeny tiny beef is that after only a couple of days of play she has some permanent scratches on her cheeks, but I'm not really terribly bothered by it. I think dolls are meant to be loved and used and a little scuff here and there isn't really a big deal. Her arm has popped off a few times during vigorous dressing sessions, but it pops back in very easily.

I very highly recommend this doll for people wanting a nice quality doll for a younger girl.

Beautiful doll that is phthalate free (a dangerous additive in most US plastic toys). She has the sweetest face and her hair is very high quality nicely brushable! Her eyes close when laid down and her body is slightly soft when pushed on which makes her comfortable enough for my daughter to sleep with. The tu-tu is removable from her leotard. I cannot express enough how cute she is! I love her facial expression and the detail in her clothing. The ONLY issue I have is with the way the hair is secured to the leotard for packaging removing the little threads that are attached to the leotard to hold her hair in place in front of her shoulders leaves small holes in the suit. And the smell is wonderful!
