I bought this Barbie for my granddaughter (age 10) for Christmas. She was excited to go online and play the games. The site will not accept the code included with the doll. There is no way to contact Mattel about the problem accept to call their customer service line, which is closed today, and I am guessing when I call tomorrow I will have a very long hold time.

I bought this doll for my 7 year old who wanted a doll that talked. We all love this doll. She is very sweet. The sound of her voice is soft not annoying & loud like a lot of other dolls. She recongnizes her voice when my daughter says it, she knows when she has her bottle, bear, or blanket in her hands and responds accordingly. She sighs, burps, and murmurs as she's falling asleep. Its a cute doll. Took a long time to get it past learning its name, (ie. wouldn't do anything else till you did it) and then it didn't respond to its name. It also makes horrible scratching noises sometime, and will start talking after a couple of hours of being left, and you have to go find it and shut it off (one way to save batteries I guess). My granddaughter does love it though and does play with it a lot. I'm glad I bought the AA one which was so much less expensive than the white one, as this was about how much the doll was worth.

It had some noises that were interesting. But it was much smaller than I hoped. She wasn't interested. My daughter is almost 5 and she played with this for a few moments and went to the next toy. I bought it on sale so it was worth the price, but I wouldn't have paid the full 50 dollars.

The camera is small and easy for kids to use, however, I wouldn't call it kid friendly. There is no screen on the camera so my daughter has no idea what pictures she's taking. It is a real camera and it is fuzzy and comes with 2 additional face plates. It only holds 40 pictures (which aren't good quality, the DSI takes better pictures) and the only way to see them is via your computer (which is very annoying for parents to have to do every 10 minutes when they've clicked through the 40 pictures). I got this camera on sale for $15... and it's a regular $50?!! I'm upset I spent the $15 that I did on it, and would not spend $50. Very displeased with this product and would discourage anyone else from buying it as well.

Useless as a camera, even as a toy camera. At least a toy camera might do something fun when the button was pressed. This one takes pictures that you can't see until you upload to a computer.... and good luck with that. I bought two and got one of them to upload to the computer only one time. Otherwise it's "usb device not recognized." The manufacturors support says I probably need a new battery. Great... when you remove the battery to replace it, then it erases all the photos on the camera. So there's nothing to upload even if it did work, which it didn't even with the new battery.

No Matter what I do, I cant get the pictures!! I downloaded the software, no problems, however, everytime I use the USB plug to download the pictures from the camera, the software says it doesnt recognize the camera, or I need to plug in the camera. Unlike the other poster, I loved this project. It does say on the box that it is for ages 8 and up and maybe she didn't notice that. Even my 8 year old needed some help, but that's ok as I actually like to do these projects with her as opposed to just giving it to her to do by herself. The adhesive isn't the best in the world, but if you child understands that these are toys that are more for admiring than for toting around everywhere they should hold up fine.

This was given to my daughter for her birthday and although it looks fun, the double-sided tape was hard to remove from one side and the scales keep falling off. What the toy did teach is that it looks pretty on the box, you can't believe everything they adverstise. In addition that it is just better to sew cloth than tape it together.

This toy, very cute on the outside, is not cute on the inside. I bought for my 5 year old and we made it, but she wasn't able to do ANY OF THE WORK except for perhaps glueing on some sequins. I wouldn't even recommend it for an older child since it drove me NUTS putting it together. Adhesive strips are almost impossible to use...prepare to curse silently as you do this activity together. On top of that, it offers ZERO creativity. I really don't understand the point of it at all, since once you get it together it is too fragile to really play with. It would have taken me less time to sew a doll from scratch...next time I'll do that and at least let my daughter help with design and fabric choices...

This product shipped fast. I think it is worth what the cost is. But don't have high expectations for it. My daughter is 10 1/2 and she was very frustrated trying to do this project. I had to help her a lot. Among other small problems, it comes with two sided tape strips to tape things together, but even with my natural long nails, I had a terrible time trying to separate the backing from the tape. I'm not upset, because it didn't cost much. But, I wouldn't buy it again for any of my other daughters.

My 11 year old daughter received Mia (the American Girl doll of the year for 2008) from her Grandma for Christmas. Since the doll is now retired and they have a new 2009 doll of the year all of Mia's accessories are VERY hard to find and when you do, they are VERY expensive. Mia and her accessories are now collector's items. The skates are ADORABLE! They were hard for my daughter to put them on, but not hard for me. The little mp3 player is cute, but only plays a high pitched tune. The headphones are actually pretty neat...they feel like real headphones. Everything fits nicely in the bag, so it can all be kept together. I wouldn't pay the inflated "collector's price" for these things, but am very glad we got everything before the prices went through the roof! I would suggest another American Girl doll if you are looking for your daughter. I doubt a child would understand everything you have to go through and pay to get your hands on these.

This little doll stroller is almost perfect. I love the way that the dolls face the child. It is just the right height. My one year old granddaughter can easily handle this stroller. She does not need it as an assist to walking. However, I think that it might help support a child that was learning to walk. The one minor problem we have had was a wheel that came off while moving. The wheel cap was found, and the wheel was easily secured with the help of a hammer.

My 3 year old just started ballet and she needed a ballerina to bring to class. She picked out this doll and fell in love with it right away. For one, she has her kind of hair and it's soft and full. She's very soft and cuddly and just the right size for my daughter. It's just been 2 days but she already lost one shoe. The shoes never stay on. She has been to a couple of tea parties already and she is easy to position but we haven't figured out how to get her to stand.

If you want an AA doll, this is the one to get. She is beautiful.

Ps. The price here is EXORBITANT!! I bought it in store at my local W... For one third of this.

This is a very beautiful doll. We gave it as a gift to our three flower girls ages 4-9, and they all loved it. The dolls hair is long and silky and makeup is just perfect. The dolls dress is gorgeous too. The younger flower girl wanted to play with hers right away. Bought two, one for each Grandchild and they love this doll. Mommy loves the dolls prayer better than the one they used to say every night because they would say: if I should die before I wake, etc. The girls now recite with little doll saying: Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep. May angels watch me through the night, and keep me in their blessed sight. Amen Also, nothing the children could bite off and swallow. It's just as precious as precious as can be. My daughters are obsessed with MLP. We have been waiting for these dolls for months, and they are finally here! On amazon first! We ordered this set first, scared it would sell out. I was pleasantly surprised to see they were including Sunset Shimmer. These dolls are gorgeous, these are of course, deluxe dolls. The clothes are real and not painted on like the other ones. The arms and legs bend (the others don't) and they include extras such as a dvd, stickers, cards, brush, wings, etc. The other deluxe dolls include Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash, and I only plan on buying deluxe models so I hope they come out with the others of Pinkie Pie, Rarity and AppleJack. The details on these dolls are stunning, I would expect nothing less from Hasbro. Hair is gorgeous, and despite what others say, they do not look like Monster High. The quality is good, I do not expect anything to fade like some Monster High dolls do, and sometimes with Monster High there are several imperfections with the paint on the face, everything on MLP dolls are perfect to a T. BUY NOW! Get it while you can so it doesn't sell out !!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program These dolls are really pretty in the box. It was difficult to remove them with all the twist ties. They are light weight and seem somewhat fragile, not as durable as would think they might be. The hair is very tangled and when trying to brush it, strands come out. The clothes are pretty but it is not easy to close Sunset Shimmer's jacket there is a string and a tiny hole. So you can imagine trying to secure it. The accessories are very small so you know that they will get lost, and there is only 1 brush for both dolls, the picture shows 2 and the color I received is red not yellow or purple. Twilight has limited mobility in the arm area compared to Sunset Shimmer, so posing her is a little difficult. Conclusion these are cute, but won't last long especially for price. Considering how durable the regular ponies are I was expecting something different.

This is a beautiful outfit, but it is also true that this will not fit American Girl dolls. It was made for Carpatina which are beautiful dolls, but have an all vinyl, slimmer body. However if you go the the Carpatina website, you will find they have a new section called "friends" where they have made many of their beautiful clothes larger so they will fit American Girl dolls. They have many period dresses, some modern, and some dynasty outfits. It took me a while to figure it out, so thought I would explain. By getting the wider, larger outfits, they can fit the American girl and are a bit roomy, but work, on the slimmer dolls. My granddaughter doesn't notice. So which ever size doll you choose, these clothes are beautiful.

Although the description now acknowledges that this outfit does not fit American Girl dolls, the original marketing of the dress indicated that it would. The material is beautiful, but the dress is a bit complicated for little hands, and of course the fact that it did not fit my daughter's doll caused great disappointment. While I appreciate that Amazon has now corrected the description, it did no good for those of us who bought the misrepresented outfit.
