I bought this for my daughter's 18" doll and she loved it! I did read the reviews that a downside to this was that the belt for the robe wasn't attached, which is true. So she wouldn't lose the belt, I just put a little stitch in each side to fasten the belt to the robe so it doesn't come off! Well worth it, especially with the fuzzy bunny slippers!

I bought four of these for my daughter's 18" American Girl dolls and was disappointed to find that they really don't fit dolls that size. I suppose that for $7, I should have expected that. Note that you can increase the height of the metal holder by sliding it upward to hold the doll by the neck and you will be able to just barely get the doll to stand up when it's fully extended but I don't recommend doing that because the stand isn't heavy enough to keep the doll from falling over when the holding arm is fully extended. A half inch too high and you'll pull the metal piece right out of the track. The stand just wasn't really designed to hold a doll that's that tall or as heavy as an American Girl doll it was probably designed for a doll that's about half that height. It's actually easier to get the doll to stand up by gripping the doll's thigh with the holder although it's still quite easy to tip the doll over that way. Holding the doll by the leg has one advantage when the doll is wearing a dress, it appears that the doll is standing by herself because you don't see the stand. I would probably return these and get different ones, but since they were "from Santa" we're keeping them. Hopefully Santa will make a better purchasing decision next time.

The way the bed read was for a toddler bed, nothing about a baby doll bed. I thought I was getting a real deal for my daughter. When the package arrived I was in total shock. I looked for a sales receipt in the package to return the doll bed and the company didn't send a receipt. My Zoe is WCII. Sge has long lovely locks of ultra-light blond spiraled into ringlets and an ornate crown of twisted hair pulled back. There's still enough to make pigtails or a ponytail. Her eyes are a lovely and lively shade of blue with about three layers of color for depth and clarity. I own 5 American Girl dolls and Zoe makes them look a bit "dolly" Zoe has a look all her own. Very, very realistic. Her eyes are afixed with applied eyelashes. American Girl shirts, glasses, and skirts fit her best, jeans and pants look like capris the tall red patent boots help. I buy AG clothing for her. She is long and lean. The breast plate is the ultimate and her neck is poseable for a realistic expression. Her limbs are long, lean, and graceful and the book is fun for young children. Her meet outfit is a bit confusing a bright red bolero sweater that stained her arm (used mild soap and water, but part of the stain remains), a tight and trendy pink shirt with a peace sign in the form of a free-form heart, short denim shorts, peachy stirrup leggings, flashy and shiny candy apple red boots that velcro no pulling of laces. We added AG undies and eyeglasses. Her bangs are nie and feathery. She is definately on par with American Girl, if not a bit better because her construction is so interesting. The gaming site is easy to use and I donated a lot to health and food. Buy her before she's changed or retired.

My niece has a American doll which is made in China, not made very well, and overpriced. Which my sister even states is true. This doll is made in China so only 4 stars. I went on the website and emailed them to ask where it was made and they NEVER emailed me back with the information. However, it is very well made and will not fall apart. Plus, my daughter went on the website and reviewed who and how to help others. She is eight years old and she wants to help others and that is the only reason we did get the doll. She loves the doll and the website. It has 3 stars for educational because how could a doll really teach that much. It is not a reflection of this doll.

My 3 year old grand-daughter loves this toy. She combs Dora's hair over and over and likes to have the barrettes put in. I couldn't figure out why the mirror kept popping up (it fits in a slot behind the chair) and then I noticed there was a button on the bottom edge of the front that I was squeezing. The little drawers stay closed well so the barrettes are not so likely to get lost. I'm glad I got it for my grand-daughter. The only problem that I had with it is that the dolls have trouble sitting ing the chair--they keep sliding out. I finally hooked their hands on the combs that fit in slots on the side of the seat. That worked well.

This doll is a little scary close up, and not a toy for little girls in my opinion. Her proportions are better than regular Barbie, not as pneumatic, but her butt is up in an aggressively sexual pose, and her legs can't be moved. Her arms do move, so it's possible to change her clothes, just not easy. The chains around her neck are an odd choice for jewelery too, I have to say. We were looking for a doll to make goth and this one is halfway there in the photo, but there's too much of the fashion pose and it's a big distraction.

I keep it at my house with some of her other toys so when she comes to see "grandma", she can have something "special" to play with. I also think this toy is educational in the sense that she's learning the different parts of the house...like balcony/patio/upstairs...etc. It's a breeze to assemble and so colorful! Honestly, this dollhouse really keeps her busy and she knows she has something special to play with at "grandma's. I love this new version of My First Dollhouse. The colors are basically what has changed, they are much more vibrant than the older version. These dolls are the perfect size for a toddler. It's easy to access all the rooms without knocking over the furniture when you trying to set up house! There isn't a better My First Dollhouse available for toddlers.
