Review of Turquoise Jeweled Flats & Gold Glitter Shoes, Fits 18" American

Customer Ratings:

Purchaed for grandaughters ages 7 and 10. Easy for them to put on dolls and remove. Would recommend this item.

This will be a holiday gift for a little girl who is a "fashionista" when it comes to doll clothes and accessories. The shoes will probably survive being gently put on and taken off for some time. My guess they are more suitable for the play activities of an older child (5 or older). They look nice and realistic and add that finishing touch to a doll outfit. Best price and selection for these items was found on Amazon.

Discount Barbie Cali Girl: Hermosa & Redondo Colt Set

Customer Ratings:

I have this set of colts and the other set (Torrance & Laguna). These colts are the cutest thing, set them up and see! You won't be disappointed if you buy them. Their hair is so soft and nice. They are great to add to your collection.

I just bought this Barbie for my 3 year old niece, and I am very satisfied. I have not opened the packaging, but it looks quality, as the dress, makeup, and hair are all beautiful. I had a hard time deciding which Barbie to get her, but I am very happy with this choice. Definitely recommend based on looks!

I purchased this outfit for my granddaughter's 14" Corolle doll. The skirt barely fit. The jacket lacked snaps under the bows, which I expected from such a pricey outfit directed at the under-five set. I won't purchase any more of these outfits.

Reviews of MGA Mini Lalaloopsy Playsets - Camping with Sunny Side Up

Customer Ratings:

My 4 year old absolutely loves this. The tent comes with a mini doll and some accesories a little lantern, tiny kettle, etc. (shown in picture). It's really sweet and my daughter pretends that her dolls are camping. It's also a fair price and worth the money, in my opinion.

This is a cute little sister doll that rounds out the play. My girls love it. A super little birthday present.

My daughter likes the doll. It would be nice, though, if the right arm could straighten out, so that the doll would not be so particular to carrying a pet. It limits the use of the doll, making it 'necessary' to buy other similar dolls with straight arms. I would like if Barbies would be durable and built so that elbows, knees, wrists and feet would move freely. That way, one could get by with buying less Barbies; have less clutter in the house, (eventually) less in the landfill sites and a happier girl that can learn to 'love' one (or a few) Barbies instead of dividing her 'love' between an array of 20 Barbies doing different things.

Review of Polly Pocket Fountain Falls Tropicool Pool Playset

Customer Ratings:

My daughter got this for her Bday and she loves it. I wish the slide connected to the pool a bit better. It is always falling off/down, you get the picture. She is constantly fixing it when she is playing with it. It also comes with these ridiculously small starfish and lotion bottles.

This add on to the fountain falls set does not snap into place well and is continually coming apart from the other parts. It is frustrating for a child as well as their grandparent.

THIS IS A DUPLICATE OF THE REVIEW I WROTE FOR THE HOT TUB I wrote a much longer review under the fountain. Just know that my daughter loves the set (we bought her all three pieces)but as the parent you should be aware that it is messy and unlike most polly sets, not a very good design. The three pieces do not fit well together, the tub needs to be rigged to drain into the fountain, and the upper drain does not work well. That being said, my daughter has had a blast playing with this. She plays in the kitchen (you want a very flat surface) while I do dishes, clean and cook. I am very pleased she likes it and I believe that is really what matters as long as you have time to mop up afterwards.

Very cute outfit! Fits my American Girl doll perfectly. I'm a sewer so it's fun for my doll to have a sewing themed outfit. The quality isn't as good as American Girl, but it's very cute.

Squinkies Palace Surprise Reviews

Customer Ratings:

Before my kindergartner discovered Zoobles (and she loves them), she liked collecting Squinkies, though the fascination for Squinkies was short-lived. They appear cute, and if one were to just collect these tiny little figures (which are made of some sort of soft bendable plastic, giving a squishy feel to them), then I suppose they are great (as collectables). They are not really as fun to play with being so tiny, they are easily misplaced, and trying to collect them all (in all their squishiness) and putting them away someplace safe can be a bit trying. They are very small, the size of an adult's thumb, and can pose a serious choking hazard to very young children (under four) so households that have young children need to be extra vigilant or not have them around at all. The playsets that complement these squinkies appear rather flimsy and did not hold much appeal for my daughter. This particular Palace Surprise seems great if one was merely going to use it to display the squinkies, but given the small size of the toys, my daughter found it tedious to place them one by one on the stand, and I've since used a crafts storage box (with handle) to store them. Other toys we collect such as Zoobles and Littlest Pet Shop are magnetic so keeping them positioned on their display stands is easy and convenient. As for the squinkies themselves, they now lie in nooks and crannies all over our house and are doomed to be sucked by my vacuum cleaner and consigned to a dusty grave.

Our daughter is 22 months old. We bought a small pack of Squinkies in the store and she loved playing with them so much, we had to buy more. She has had SO much fun playing with her Squinkies! She tells us what each Squinky is, what color it is. She sorts them, lines them up, lays them down for night-night. So cute! She is not interested in the small plastic bubbles they came in, so we had Squinkies all over the place. We bought this display holder yesterday and it is perfect for holding her Squinkies when they aren't being played with. She and I had lots of fun playing together putting the Squinkies on and off the pegs on the display. If you have Squinkies, I recommend this Palace Surprise to keep them displayed and organized.

My daughter got this toy for her birthday today. It is extremely flimsy and she needs to hold it while putting the squinkies on it.

Honest reviews on Squinkies Palace Surprise

I purchased this today to hold the myriad Squinkies my little girl got from Santa (over 100 in all, I bought very early and only at retail price). We both love this item. I find it to be very sturdy, and it holds the little Squinkies well. I rated this item high on educational value, since my daughter (7 year old) has been playing for the past hour categorizing and re-categorizing the Squinkies on the display pegs. Plus, it keeps them all in one place and has a little handle on top for easy carrying. The little shelves swivel out so that it can be made to be a pleasing display for her dresser. The biggest reason I like this is because it will ensure that the Squinkies won't be put into a shoebox and forgotten about. In my opinion, for $20, you really can't go wrong.

I bought this for my daughers birthday. She recently became a fan of squinkies and I was tired of finding them everywhere around the house. They were always getting lost and she could never keep them in one place. So, I bought this and she loves to keep them on the little pegs. Now she can carry all the squinkies around and they are displayed cute. It's an easy way to keep them all together.

Best Barbie Purple Color Change Mermaid Doll Deals

Customer Ratings:

The purple Mermaid Barbie is quite lovely she has a lot of details in her tail and just enough glitter everywhere to look 'magical'. Her hair changes from purple to pink in HOT water. Then back to purple with cold water. In comparison to the other two Barbies mermaids, she has the lightest skin color (the orange mermaid is the most tan).

One of the features I like with this particular series of dolls is that she has a rubber molded area at the top of the fin (at the waist). So when you bend her to sit, you don't see any seams or underwear as with the other Barbies. It's a smart design and really helps keep the illusion. However, the rest of the tail is hard plastic. I must preferred the soft bendable plastic of previous, more expensive Barbie Mermaids.

She is one in a series of 3 that all have the same exact details, face, etc. Only the hair color and the color on the tails/bikini top changes.

My daughter likes it.Just wish the dolls hair would change color in warm water not cold.I would think most kinds would play with it in the bath, mine do.

Honest reviews on Barbie Purple Color Change Mermaid Doll

Our Barbies have been treated to the pool, bath, and shower. They have held up well without mildew or mold problems. The color change is just slight but doesn't detract from the toy. The end of the mermaid's tail snaps on so I was worried it would come off easily but this hasn't been a problem.

Review of Long Winter Pioneer School Work Dress with Apron & Hair Bandana

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $35.00
Sale Price: $20.77
Today's Bonus: 41% Off

This is one of my daughter's favorite outfits that she has for her American Girl doll. The material is not thin or flimsy and the outfit is very well made. It has four pieces: It has the brown plaid 'apron', the hair covering, the sweet cream colored long sleeve dress, and bloomers that are full length. When the apron and 'bandana' are removed, the look of the outfit really changes (as pictured above). It really is like having two outfits for the price of one.

The fit is very nice and it is easy to get on and take off of the doll. Her doll looks absolutely adorable in this outfit! If you like this style of clothing, you will not be disappointed with this one!

Just to let any potential buyers know, I bought one of these at Target tonight for $9.99 and they weren't even on sale, so I don't know why they're here on Amazon for so much more... There were a ton left, so save yourself $15 + S&H and just go to Target.

As the other reviewer stated you can get this at Target for $9.99!!! Save the $$ and take a ride over to Target if you have one nearby! Otherwise I don't have any other comments, the doll is wrapped up and ready for Christmas morning!

Please note to all potential buyers this version of Barbie has BIG FLAT FEET, not the kind that will fit into most of the shoes that come with other Barbie outfits. The feet are hideous! I was drawn to almost purchase this doll by the low price it had at Target (lower than $10) but the feet ruin it. The kids won't be able to dress her in anything but the bathing suit.

All of the Dot Dead Gorgeous party dress dolls come with a theme the theme will be in the patterns of the dresses, the hair clips, shoes, and jewelry. Operetta's is a spider and web.

This is such a great version of the Operetta doll! She comes with a spider web/spide that serves as both a monocal and earring. The other earring is a spider web too.

Her hair ties up in a plka dot bow with the Monster High skull in the center. Her necklace is pearls with musical notes on the bottom. Her dress has a plastic spider web as a front detail and a piano keyboard for a belt. She has tattoos down her arm.

Her gauzy overdress has balls as a detail and her under dress is dotted. Her shoes are VERY cool spiders in the back with the legs wrapping around the front 'web'. Two dice close up each shoe.

I ordered this for my daughter for christmas along with another monster high doll. I did not notice it at first, but the doll only had one hand. The other hand was missing. When my daughter opened it and then showed me what she got with enthusiasm is when i noticed the missing hand. Altho i was a little irritated with it at first, my daughter was happy with it. She decided that the doll was a monster and that not all monsters have two hands. So i guess it reall isnt that big of a deal, until you take into account how much it cost and that i actually paid for a doll with both hands.....

Best Deals for Monster High Dot Dead Gorgeous Operetta Doll

Operetta is already one of my favorite monster high characters and I was so glad to finally see her get a "dressy/dance" style doll. There is nothing bad I can say about this doll. Her hair is drawn up into a high ponytail and her bangs are curled back in a classic victory roll. She has a bow style ponytail holder that is sheer red with a black dot print and has a small white skullette ornament right at the center of the bow. She has gorgeous deep red lips. Her eyeshadow is done in mostly in a deep taupe with some bright pink in the crease and iridescent glitter at the browbone. Her right earring is a metallic silver quarter web design. Her eyemask is pearly white and features a spider at area which pushes into her ear, which extends up a web design, and finally a heart that encircles her left eye. Her dress is has a sweetheart neckline (in the center of the bodice there is a little white plastic web embellishment) and a flared circle skirt bottom. The underlayer of her dress is a white satin with black tiny dots. There is a second layer over the skirt of sheer red tulle with large black dots. She wears a white two strand pearl necklace with three black musical notes hanging from the bottom strand. She has a white and black "piano key" belt. Her shoes are amazing!! They are wedges which have a black sole and red upper and feature two white dice on the instep and a black spider on the back of the shoe whose legs wrap around her ankle. In her hand she carries her Icoffin (it is attached with clear plastic bands and I left it that way so it would not get lost). Her purse is a piano key design with a black musical note strap and black spider webs dripping down the sides. She also comes with an adorable red coffin shaped makeup compact complete with a bone shaped makeup brush. She comes with a metallic silver stand and brush (I really like this silver color and think it makes the Dot Dead dolls really stand out in a display). Overall she is just a really pretty doll and my personal favorite out of the original three Dot Dead Dolls.

Love these dolls, they're so cute but these dolls are VERY fragile. The limbs can & do detach on SOME dolls, however after playing with them on a regular basis they tend to break off. My daughter has gone trough duplicates of most of them over the last two years now. We've started keeping the more expensive ones in a hutch to avoid damages, but overall I think they're fabulous for little girls...due to small parts smaller children shouldn't play with them.
