Also note that you have to do a little bit of maneuvering to fill her all the way up with the spout provided You have to burp the air out of the baby to get all the water to go down in the spout. Fill the baby with as much water as you can, and then gently squeeze the baby's tummy to blow the air back out of the spout. Sometimes I had to move the baby side to side to get the air bubble to move near the spout so I could squeeze the air back out. Note that the manufacturer recommends changing the water every week.
My only complaint is related to the doll's head it is hard while the rest of her body is soft. It would have been nice if her head was soft as well. The water in the baby's body is sealed off from the head. The instructions note that if the baby is taken in the bathtub for a bath, an adult should remove the head to drain the water. This was extremely difficult to do as there was no give to the hard head, but the neck is soft and a little flexible.

These are not sold in stores anymore and I don't understand why. I loved them when I was little and was excited to see that they are still being made and at an affordable price now that I have a little girl of my own. Tried shopping in-store and found that they were only sold online from the big box retailers. Of course Amazon Super Shipper Savings is so tempting that I purchased it here. It is just as cute and fun as it was twenty years ago. My two year old loves it and it is one of the only babies she has that she can take into the bathtub with her, which is great. I imagine we'll be playing with it for several years.
