When I recieved this doll, Sabbatha, it turned out more cute then I expected. Thats not at all a bad thing either. I know I am not the only one, but if you are the type of person who can adore such things, and not feel repulsed, then I gaurentee this is the doll for you. The hair on the doll is fantastic too. It feels like real human hair, with shine and softness. Also the clothing is removable and if you wished, you could switch outfits from other dolls from Living Dead. I have a little girl, 10 years, who loves these dolls as well. Were a very peaceful, dark family. Anyway, she has so much fun switching the outfits somtimes I even start to do it. All and all, Good durability, Good Quality, a just right 12 inches, and cute look.

My girlfriend has been collecting the Living Dead Dolls and I have to say that this one is my far my favorite so far...She is absolutely a spooky looking doll...As an avid vampire fan I must say that Sabbatha is a model vampire character...

Honest reviews on Mezco Toyz Living Dead Dolls Vampire Series 19 Sabbatha Blood

I'm amazed at how much the price of this doll has gone up. I got her on here for just $26 two years ago. She was my first Living Dead doll. I have since gotten two others, Gypsy and Simone. I got Sabbatha Blood because she's a vampire and I like vampires. Go figure.

Her shiny, bright red hair is rooted, easy to brush through, and goes down almost to her butt. Her clothes are fully removable. Her skin is greyish/blueish/greenish in color, if that makes any sense at all. She is, after all, undead. The blood on her face goes all the way down to the bottom of her neck, and as I have only had her two years, it remains to be seen whether the paint will eventually fade. Keep in mind though that my doll is displayed out of the box. You probably won't have to worry about fading if you keep yours in the box. Under her skirt are bright red painted-on panties, the same bright red as her hair, bow tie, socks, and eyes. Mine came with a few black marks on her stomach and upper legs. I didn't make a big deal out of it or send her back because it's easily hidden under her skirt, but if it would be a big deal for you, then let this be a warning to inspect yours thoroughly when it comes. One leg also seems to be slightly shorter than the other, for no matter what I do, her whole body leans to the right. My other two Living Dead dolls don't do this, so it must be a manufacturing defect.

Overall, this doll is worth the price I paid for her. I can't say whether she's worth the current price. I would've been a little more upset if I'd paid the current price for her and found these defects. Personally, as much as I like Sabbath Blood, if I were going to pay almost $130 for a retired Living Dead doll, I would get Sadie, Posey, or Mildread, the harder-to-find ones.
