Cheap Barbie Kitchen & Doll Kitchen Gift Set
I gave this as a Christmas gift for a young girl(age7). She loves Barbie & fell in love with this set. There are a lot of small pieces, so I wouldn't recommend this for anyone below the age of 5. Great for Dollhouses or just individual play.

Best Play Along Club 13" Doll "Girlfriends" Zoe Madison (Styles May Vary) Deals
Fantastic! These are so much cuter in person than in a picture. Lot of outfits and accessories for these adorable dolls too. They are what a toy should be...powered by your childs imagination.
Little GIRLS should be LITTLE GIRLS!!
These dolls are durable, cute, each has a beautiful yarn hair style, and their clothing items are current, and appropriate for ANY well dressed little girl!!!... unlike many other dolls/doll choices.
These dolls are affordable, and really great quality for the price!
You may like to know that ALL three Play Club dolls are fully jointed at the wrist and ankle, as well as the hip, shoulder, and neck! I was totally surprised by the soft arms and legs because the firm stuffing also has some sort of wire for posing these cuties while the head and hands and feet are moulded and flocked.... they are just DARLING! Very huggable, and still able to stand up straight on their own, and then pose or dress them in precious ways!
There is a distinct odor from the plastic or flocking(whatever)at first, that is not so strong when the doll has been out of the packaging for awhile. You will need to have a grown-up available to CAREFULLY cut the doll &/or her accesesories OUT of the packaging which is VERY SECURELY SEWN INTO the packaging-I think items will be damaged if you try to just PULL or rip things out.
BEST OF ALL-My two REAL little girl friends LOVED THE DOLLS.
I highly recommend them for price, durability, and design. Darling dolls.

I got this doll for one of my daughters for Christmas. I have 3 girls and wanted to get them all one of these super cute dolls but one of my daughters said she didn't like the dolls so I only bought one, Zoe, along with all three accessory packs. My daughter waited a few days before opening her doll(she wanted to save her as a collectible.) Once open she promptly fell in love! Her sisters now all want dolls and each has asked her for one of the cute "pets" that come along with the clothes. Each accessory pack comes with clothes, a pet, a book, and really cool activities that include supplies. I bought ALL 3 of these "friends"Zoe, Olivia, and Sofie! Olivia and Sofie were for two real little girls who are the daughters of a dear friend and co-worker. The third, I couldn't resist,Sophie, is mine. I have seen Deb's girls play with other dolls many times, but always with overly sexualized Barbies and Brats-I hate that children only have "sexy" dolls to compare themselves to it effects their choices in clothes, they get a distorted view of what is beautiful, and attractive about women from the way too obviously "sexy" dolls available. I bought this toy for my two year old granddaughter. She watches the cartoon on tv. We could not get her to even look at any other gifts until she seen it was Olivia. Then she wouldn't put this toy down. She still has this toy. It is very durable, still looks like new. Obviously we are huge fans of the Olivia books, and when I saw this Olivia doll I knew I had to get it for my daughter. It is incredibly soft and cuddly. Very well made. She's got a cute little pocket in the front of her dress, just about big enough to put a quarter or some-such-thing into. The floppy ears are fun to play with, she's got a silly snout. My daughter takes this doll with her everywhere, and being just slightly bigger than (the length of) my hand, Olivia fits easily into a purse or bag.I would have given it five stars, but I think it's a bit on the expensive side, for the size.

Polly Pocket Wall Party Camping Playset Review
My five year old was gifted the Polly Pocket campset and my first reaction was, oh, great, another piece of plastic for her collection. The plastic may not be the heavy duty "good" plastic of some other toys, but nor is it the really cheap-o plastic of the walmart stuff. Once I installed the set on the wall, my daughter immediately fell in love with the secret compartment beneath the tent and used it to hold the smaller pieces (like the marshmallows on a stick) as well as her own little trinkets. Now, it's many weeks after getting it, and she loves to put Polly to bed in the tent every night. Seeing how much she loved playing with this inspired me to get the PP Treehouse, which I used as a "reward" gift for doing her chores. Once your child has one, she'll want the rest and they make great incentive gifts!
Be sure to follow the directions to a T. This campset was my first Polly Pocket and it did fall off the wall a few times because I didn't wait the requisite hour before letting my daughter play with it. I learned my lesson and when I installed the Treehouse, followed directions, and it's been firmly on the wall for a couple weeks already.

The product broke in less than 10 minutes after opening. The dolls legs and torso fell apart. The construction is horrendous. Barbie Princess Charm School: School Girl Princess Blair Doll Review
This Barbie Blair is what I'd call a mid-range doll there are a lot of cut corners to lower production costs but it is still usually a step above the knock offs. Most girls prefer the light up fancy dress version to these vanilla dolls.
Blair has a pink tiara, thin ribbon made into a tie, socks, and shoes. A little plastic computer comes as an accessory for this doll (Delancy has a purse and Hadley comes with a ball). Each of the girls has a style to their dress that reflects their personalities: Blair's dress is topped with a studious corporate type white shirt with tie that's why she comes with a computer.
To cut corners, Blair's skirt's peplum and belt do not continue to the back of the doll. I consider this a bit of a cheat because you can't see that until the doll is taken out of the box. But this doll is clearly meant for very young girls who likely wouldn't notice or care.
Blair has click-bend legs but the arms are stationary. Her dress is one piece made to look like two pieces. And she comes with a trademark Blair side ponytail. Note that she doesn't have any undergarments another cost cutting feature.
In all, I feel she is worth the money for the playacting but are clearly meant to be disposable.

Cheap Little Princess Soft & Sweet Snow White - 12"
My daughter loves this doll. The recommended age says up to 4, but my daughter got it for her 5th. birthday and loves it because she is able to take this soft doll to bed, now she wants the entire Princess set, but I am shocked to see that their price has doubled in the last 6 months. (In april I paid $ plus shipping for this same doll)

I bought this for my niece's first birthday. What a sweet doll, easy to hold onto and hug. I don't agree at all with the previous reviewer's opinion that the skirt is too short. It's not like the baby Snow White is wearing provocative undies or anything, she's wearing a cute "Shirley Temple" length skirt, with the appropriate undergarments. Our girls (3 and 5) saw these mermaids on TV, and wanted them badly. They saved their money, and both eventually got them. They took great care of them, and loved them very much. After a couple of months of light use, the mermaid's tail began to crack and open up. The mechanical drive mechanism only worked a few times properly. Have to agree with the 1 stars here. My eight year old daughter wanted it after seeing it at a toy store. I got it for her birthday, but the tail only wags slowly not fast or powerful enough to actually 'swim' and you have to unscrew the back and take out the two AAA batteries to get it to stop. Cheap Little Mommy Baby So New Leopard Outfit Doll
My older daughter has one similar to this that she got when she was younger and insisted that her new baby sister gets one as well. Of course the baby is still way too young so I will most likely be holding onto this until her first birthday. Since I already have lots of experience with Little Mommy dolls, I know I can rate this with confidence that in about a year from now I will still be very happy with this purchase :) This doll was originally seen in Target at a cheaper price, however when I went to buy the doll they no longer had it and could not tell me if they would get more, I even called within 50 mile radius pink and leopard has been this baby's theme. So fearing that I wouldn't see it again I paid the extra cost on Amazon (which was several dollars more than what Target's price was).

I just got this baby doll for my niece that will be 1 this year because I had gotten my daughter one close to this one when she was 1. They are the perfect size for them since they are smaller but yet still a decent size so they fit in strollers and all. I opened the bag that was over the box and got a huge smell from the baby. A good like baby fresh or baby powder smell. The smell eventually leaves especially if you wash them but its still a neat thing in the beginning for the kids. If you wash them I suggest washing them in cold water, on the gentlest cycle possible and put them in a pillow case that you tie the end on so their actually plastic parts don't get messed up too much. I have washed my daughters about 3 times and it still looks great. Barbie I Can Be Computer Engineer African-American Doll Reviews
My daughter loves Barbie & I like being able to give her toys that reflect the capabilities within the diversity & complexity of women. The 'Barbie I Can Be' doll series are not always available in stores and it is nice to purchase them from a different source.
My granddaughter loves the doll.It was for her 10th birthday.
The only problem that presented itself is that there is a computer game associated with it. The code that was sent did not work.
After many calls I was able to reach a human at Mattel, who looked into it. She called back and gave a new code.
We have not yet had time to try the new code.
I also think it would save time and frustration to be able to send an email at any time to customer service who could then answer.
Otherwise you have to wait until business hours Monday-Friday to even try to contact anyone.
As an African-American dad I'm looking for any hook to keep her focused...this doll was a big help for her.
