Review of Monster High Original Favorites Clawdeen Wolf Doll
When my daughter started to get monster high dolls we never ended up getting the original Clawdeen and I wasn't prepared to pay 200 dollars or more for a toy. She looks fantastic and I am pleased that her hair brush and doll stand aren't plain black. The only problem that I encountered with her was when she was shipped she was placed on the bottom of my package and the box was squished under some of the other products I bought, because she was meant as a toy I wasn't worried to much but if I was a collector I would have been upset.

Best Alicia's Gentle Touch Realistic Interactive Baby Doll by Ashton Deals
Definitely worth the price!! I'm buying this doll for my 9 year old for Christmas. I was a little concerned with buying this doll because there weren't any reviews but I'm so glad I did. I received the doll earlier than expected and was pleased with the packaging. This doll is adorable she looks just like the picture and smells just like baby powder! Her skin is soft and smooth and feels heavy when picked up. I think she can fit newborn to 0-3 month clothing. These are all of the pros. Now for the cons, She is a bit stiff so you can't do many poses. She doesn't suck a pacifier her mouth is too small for the nipple. The finger grip is a bit sucky but hey you get what you pay for. For those who want a reborn doll this is definitely not it, however if you want a durable doll that can last a while with good care for a reasonable price then this is the one for you. I am totally satisfied with Alicia she is as cute as a button, and my daughter is going to be floored!!! I can't wait to see her face on Christmas morning, I think I might cry. I will definitely recommend this seller to anyone. They were very professional.

We bought at a retail store for much less than the price on amazon. My daughter loves that it is a Barbie with the same skin color as hers, though I wish she had curly/natural hair. She also has enjoyed the accessories (dolphin, whale, little fish to feed the animals, a training pole, a whistle, etc.) She and her brother also enjoyed using the mechanism that makes the dolphin & whale do flips in the little water tank, but it doesn't seem very sturdy and I think it will not last long or they will lose some of the little pieces to it. For that reason, the review is 4 stars not 5.
After a few weeks of use, Barbie's head broke off. Also, her feet are too large for any Barbie shoes, which was very irritating to my daughter. So dropped rating from 4 stars to 2 stars.

Buy The New York Doll Collection Wooden Doll Baby Crib with Mobile
This crib is as cute as pictured. I love the storage baskets underneath and the crib liner. Assembly was very simple and seems very sturdy. Only con was that the mobile looked as if it went to a different toy. It was way over sized and was to big to hang over the crib, instead hangs over the railing on the opposite side. Even though the mobile was over sized it was great quality, it really spun and played music. Would still recommend this crib!

This New York Doll crib went together very well and is very cute with the mobile and storage containers. I'm a 26 year old toy photographer.I've been shooting photographs of scale miniatures for roughly 4 years, and this was a dream come true.
My 5 year old niece came by her love of dollshouses after seeing some of my photos and now she adores Calico Critter toys!
There is so much going on in this set!
And all Calico Critter toys are just as detailed, too.
You can fully customise a lot of these sets with stickers, too! The toys take great to paint, if you and your kids want to customize the color scheme of a set, it's very easily done.
I furnished my Calico Critter house with only 4 sets of toys... a kitchen, a living room, and a girls' room. Of course, I immediately purchased more sets for my niece and I.
I love that all the sets have toys that can easily be used in other parts of the house....I have 2 kitchens now, and I use some of the food from one kitchen in the other kitchen, for example.
My niece and I now have an entire bookshelf of toy books, a change of quilts for our beds, a fully-stocked pantry of food and canned goods, a full set of plates, a bathroom, and a bedroom for a boy and girl that I wish I had as a kid!! With ALL the bells and whistles!
I cannot recommend these toys enough!!
My niece told me even, that when she gets older, she's going to have a dolly museum. I love that I have passed this on to her!
I myself can set up a photoshoot for hours and hours...Calico Critters opened up a whole realm of possibilities.

Buy American Girl Kirsten Mini Doll
I got this for my daughter to get her started with her American Girl Doll Collection. My wife had the full size Kirsten doll when she was little, and so I figured I would see how my 6 year old daughter could treat a mini before getting her the full sized dolls. She is doing great so far (a month after receiving it). The quality is astonishing.

Three out of four of the "interactive" doll features did not work. Nothing happened when tickling feet or pushing button on back to burp/hiccup, and the sucks bottle/pacifier did not work. The hand mechanism did work, she giggles, talks and bounces. We changed the three AA batteries and flipped the "try me" switch to "on" but still no luck getting features to work.
The doll is cute, nice detail on face, and any little girl would love all the accessories such as rattle, bottle, food/spoon, diaper with powder and wipes container, good sizes for little hands. The doll's hard plastic carrier with attached straps makes it easy for child to insert doll into it. The box it comes in is very cute too, although a child may have difficulty undoing all the hardware on back of box holding all the pieces to the box. Wish we could give it a better rating but so many of the interactive features just don't work.

She is make of firm but soft plastic and has blue eyes and blond hair. You squeeze her right hand and she says all kinds of phrases in a cute baby voice, while her upper body & arms bounce up and down, just like a real baby!She has ticklish feet and sucks on her bottle & pacifier, which are included accessories. She burps and hiccups, too!
She comes already fitted with 3 AA batteries, and has a pink baby carrier, magic bottle, spoon & bowl set, a ring with pacifiers and more.
She's very cute with an adorable little voice. She's recommended for kids over the age of 3, and I think she'd be a great gift for a little girl 3 or 4 years old, either for a birthday, holiday, or to accompany a real baby sibling; to give your little girl something special she can help out with, and allow her to play mommy too!
Compared to other dolls in her price range, I recommend her. She's sturdy and cute and will be well received by any little one who loves to play mommy!

There were none of those big old wire ties that cut your hands and break your nails protecting said toy from Armageddon. Instead of going into my snipping mode, I turned the toy over to see what was involved. The first two big circles just had to be turned to set one of the doll parts free. Then there were button like things. Pull off the tape and then pull the plastic through it. There were also a couple of ties and then turns that were easy to undo. Amazing.The box that is salvaged by taking the parts out carefully, leaves a little sort of play house for the doll. If the doll had a baby it might be small enough to use the table.
For the life of me though, this looked like the inside of the Boxcar for the Boxcar children with one pink cup, one spoon...
One thing that bothers me is that the doll falls forward when it is in the seat and it looks like a backpack. Should we be teaching children to put the baby in their backpack?
Another small problem I noticed was that its tricks cause it not to be a cuddly doll. The middle of it is essentially a hard box.
Oh, and for the retail price? I would not have chosen this one for that price. I would have selected something bigger.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program We got this doll for our daughter, who is about to become a big sister. The idea was to help give her something to mimic the things we do with the baby. For the most part, it's good. There is a good selection of accessories, so lots of choices for things she can do with the baby. She really enjoys taking care of it, especially since we've been reading books about babies to prepare her for the new baby my wife is about to have.Some drawbacks: Since the baby has the electronic features, it's not very cuddly. Also, the baby carrier works but is not very sturdy when she uses it, the baby flops around and sometimes falls out. And perhaps most importantly, I didn't give this a very high educational rating because it's really unclear what age this baby is supposed to be. It's young enough to still be having a bottle and puree food, but old enough to ask for a diaper change! We probably would have preferred to get a doll that more closely mirrored the things an infant can actually do.
Nonetheless, it's a good doll and she enjoys it.
One final note, it's pretty ridiculous that the official description of this doll only refers to daughters using it. If we had a son, we would have gotten the same type of thing to help him cope with the entrance of a new baby. It's not the 1950s people, boys can take care of baby dolls too, sheesh!

They thought her babbling was cute and giggled at her burps. They played with her for a couple of days steadily, and sporadically for a couple days after that.They have not touched her since.
It's obvious to see why, of course. This doll is so filled with technological wonders she is hard and boxy in the middle, not cuddly, and not shaped like a real soft, chubby baby. You can't take her to bed, or with you in the stroller, or under your arm to the store, because she's boxy and loud and awkward. She does about 4 things, but once those things aren't novel anymore, you can't dress her in your other dolls' clothes, or sit her in a little chair, or do much of anything with her. So, naturally, she languishes on the floor.
This has been my experience again and again and again with these "interactive" toys. Folks, there's nothing more interactive than your own imagination, or, even better, yours combined with that of a sibling or friend. Pen and paper, blocks and cups, water and dirt...you don't have to be a hippie to see there's a much greater value there than in a $50 doll that is doomed to be forgotten after less than a week.

The African American 1959 Debut Barbie is absolutely gorgeous! I love her deep, caramel brown complexion and her up-to-date, black and white, sequined bathing suit. Her genuine Silkstone body adds to her originality, authenticity, and appeal. The colorful, fashion-illustrated box reminds me of the actual Barbie boxes and the fashions that I enjoyed dressing my original brunette bubblecut Barbie and other Barbies in as a child.
Even though I had to wait 50 years to own an authentic, African American, #1 Barbie dressed in a black and white bathing suit, I am happy that she arrived during my lifetime. Thank you Mattel for finally getting it right.

Best Barbie Fashion Fairytale Palace Deals

My daughter's friend just got this for her birthday. It was hard to put together. If you are going to buy this for christmas, I would take it out of the box and assemble it before christmas. I know some girls love the specfic barbie themes or movies but the house is just not that functional. The house is not deep and the dolls are so large it is hard to play with more then one at a time. If 2 girls each have a barbie and are trying to play on the top floor the house could tip. The elevator on the side does not work as smooth as in the commerical. I got my daughter a wooden barbie house. It is not as decorative as this one but it is sturdy and has depth so 6 babrie could be in one room and multiple kids can play with it. I had a local handyman build the house and it cost less then the retail price of this house and it has held up well and is way more fun for the girls to play with. I would recommend looking into a wood or more sturdy house(or one that is deeper or has larger rooms at least) if it is affordable for you to spend the extra. If you do buy this house, I say spend time assembling it beforehand, and play with it on the floor in case it tips over(if this fell from a table I would question if it would still be usuable).

Please read the comments attached to the negative posts left on this product.I bought this for my 6 year old daughter who is obsessed with all things Barbie. For the sale price of 34.99 it can't be beat! The quality is what you'd expect with a plastic palace but in no way do I believe it's just going to fall apart the minute she plays with it! I've set up a Barbie on the spinning dance floor and she stays in the little footholds while spinning. The elevator is not as smooth as the commercial but I'm confident in thinking that the commercial was enhanced with computer graphics as the Barbies don't produce magical stars from their bodies while spinning either. Try not to be too disappointed about the magical stars..
The elevator does it's jobtakes Barbie up and down.
To sum up it's a great product for the price and be assured I'm writing about the proper product.

Just got done struggling to assemble this toy. Had the quality not been so poor, it wouldn't have been a problem. Can't believe with an original price tag of over $100 that the walls would be constructed of cardboard. There are tiny pegs that are supposed to secure the walls but they don't fit securely and they keep popping out. Cardboard walls don't fit well into the grooves and the edges come apart when you attempt to make them fit in. Many of the pegs are missing. The factory applied stickers on the drawbridge/door are badly bubbled. My daughter hasn't even used it yet and it's falling apart. For the price that I paid (35) it's an OK toy. It's not very big, it's not very well put together. It's made from fairly cheap plastic with thin, cardboard walls. The window frame on ours had come apart; I stuck it back together. There are tiny plastic pins that hold the cardboard walls onto the framing I found most of these rolling around in the box and stuck them back in.It looks a lot better in the pictures; it's just sort of blah when you get it together. My daughter likes it, and plays with it (she especially likes making the dancers fly off the stage.) All in all, it's not bad, it's just not great. If you're paying more than 33% of the full price then you're paying too much.
*Update* We've now had this palace for a week. All of the plastic pins that hold the cardboard walls have come off. I glued it back together the best I could. I had to remove the dance stage, take it apart, and glue one of the spinners back on. Seriously, look elsewhere. If you're looking for something that will get passed on to younger siblings, or friends' kids, or that will last more than a couple months, get something else.

This palace was pretty easy to put together as Barbie stuff goes. However, the interior walls are made of cardboard paper and are not sturdy at all! The pegs holding said cardboard together started popping out as soon as it was out of the box. Tried to put them back in, no dice! I had to tape them back in and still they wouldn't stay. I bought this quickly to get my order into free super saver shipping and didn't realize how small the brush was. My girls had been asking for a doll brush for their 18" dolls. This seems to work fine as a brush, but I would rather have a larger one. They do really love the glasses that came with it though.
