I bought a few of these as storage for my 18 inch dolls. Unlike the other reviewer I haven't had any trouble with the zippers at all. My one and only complaint with the design is that the pockets for accessories are in front of the doll, which isn't really an issue as long as you are careful what you put in there so you don't scratch the doll. For the price though I was pleasantly surprised. I also own the AG version (bought when it first came out) of this, and while I have to admit I like the AG version better for actual travel (the pocket issue is solved in the AG version), I see this one as a very nice alternative to paying the outrages prices of AG. Had this been around before I bought the AG one, I probably wouldn't have bothered with the AG version.

My daughter was so excited when this arrived in the mail. It was beautifully designed with lots of pockets for accessories. She loved the way her doll could look out the window in the front.
Unfortunately, the zipper malfunctioned almost immediately. After inspecting it, we discovered that not only was there no way to fix the zipper, but it appeared to be so poorly designed that we had little hope of success with a replacement.
We were hoping for a more affordable alternative to the $58 American Girl doll carrier, but at plus shipping and lasting 3 days, this was no bargain.

I was so happy to get both my daughters an 18" doll for thier birthday's this year. When my sister in law asked what she could get my daughters for their birthdays ( they are 3 weeks apart) I was so excited to recommend this item. Almost within 2 hours of playing with the carrier, the zipper broke and the case ripped. I was so sad not only for my sis-in-law who spent money on these items (she bought both daughters one) but also for my daughters who had damaged birthday gifts. I will be returning both carriers. What a poorly made product. We will look into other doll carrier options!

I purchased this gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. I could not believe how fast it came and the condition was excellent. It was not available in the stores (probably all sold out), so I was thrilled to receive it. She was so surprised when she opened it and uses it constantly to transport her "American Girl" doll. I'm thrilled that I could make her so happy!

This toy was way over priced but, because it was sold out everywhere else I bought it for my daughter. She really wanted it and is very happy with it.
