I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend's daughter. I guess it's my own fault for not reading the measurements carefully, but this box is MUCH smaller than the picture would lead you to believe. Compare it to the paint pots in the pic to see how small it actually is. It's still cute and I'm sure she'd love it, but I'm glad I bought other stuff to go with it.

This is a cute craft! I bought it for a 5 year old girl and she LOVED it! It is smaller than expected, but so cheap! It is about the size of a fist. We were both happy!

I bought these as an activity for my daughter's sixth birthday. The girls took their time and really enjoyed decorating the jewelry boxes. They seemed excited about doing it and it ate up some time!

I got this for my 6 year old niece. I love all Melissa and Doug toys! This one is really small-which I knew when I read the other reviews, but it was even smaller than I expected!! Very cute though, and a great craft for little ones!
