I knew I wanted to get a Loving Family Dollhouse for my daughter, but after researching, I was very torn between purchasing this holiday dollhouse, or the new pink Dreamhouse. I am SO glad I went with the holiday one. It has less rooms, but is the same size, which gives it much more OPEN floorspace which is great for toddler play. All of the furniture fits spaciously inside.

The Christmas decor is all removable, which is awesome, because who doesn't want Christmas decor for Christmas time? I especially love the Christmas tree! It came with a Caucasian brunette family, and furniture for every room, although it isn't quite as cool and updated as some of the furniture that comes with the newer dreamhouse version. The Christmas decor and floorspace (and price) more than make up for that though, so I will buy some more furniture pieces to replace the ones that I don't like as much.

Very little assembly is involved, and they even included the necessary batteries.

Overall, a gorgeous dollhouse, I can't wait to give it to my daughter.

Upon putting dollhouse together, I discovered that all of the stickers for the windows have holiday decorations that are not removable. If you are looking for something non-holiday oriented for every day place, this particular model may not be for you.

I bought the older version of this doll house about fourteen years ago and it is still in fine shape, with only some fading of color. We added more "stuff" to it through gifts and surprises. My girls have played with it through out the years and even after it was tucked away in the attic, the furniture pieces came out for school projects and diaramas. All sorts of dolls, plastic and stuffed animals and creatures have lived in that building! It's been a house , a school, a hospital, a dance place, a mall........you name it! I just bought this holiday version of it for my toddler nieces for Christmas at Toys R Us for $149! It is well worth the price. I imagine years of play with it.

this doll house is beautiful, well made and very realistic. My 4 year old loves it. the christmas tree haschristmas songs and the wreath lights up. You can have fun with the house too. You can make it holiday time or just a everyday beautiful family home. Love it.

This thing is huge!! What I love best as a father is that its easy to put together. My 8 year old actually had fun doing it her self. Be careful if this is a gift, there is a big picture of it on the box.

I bought this for my seven-year-old granddaughter and it is just the cutest thing I've ever seen. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and the current price is unbelievable. (Makes me want to buy more and just give them out.) Fisher Price hit this one out of the ballpark as far as I'm concerned.
