My daughter is almost two years old and very few toys keep her interest, but she will sit for great lengths of time and play with this doll with great amusement. I was so thrilled I also bought her Gabriela. The size is right, the clothes are simple to figure out, and she loves brushing the long soft hair. I will say I have seen them at local retail stores for a lot less, but they are hard to find and the selection is usually slim.

My two, now three year old loves this doll! We lost it and she was so upset we got another. Easy to dress. Clothes snap on and are big so are easy to hold for little hands. She keeps her doll in a purse to carry everywhere she goes. Handy to keep all pieces together too. She goes well in the bath too!
