I am changing my original review. My daughter received this doll for Christmas 2008. The doll was very cute and interactive, but now after not even five months, one of the doll's shoulders is dislocated and the gears sound like they are grinding when she tries to raise her arms. My daughter has played with it off and on since she received it from Santa. It is cute, but not very durable. For this amount of money, I would not purchase it again. I have looked in the owner's manual and online and cannot find any kind of warranty information, so my daughter will have to play with her like all her other dolls. We do still have all of the accessories and the doll can still hold the magnetized items, my daughter is disappointed because "Isabella" sounds sick now.
My orginal review (5 stars):
This doll is very cute and durable. My daughter, 3 1/2, is very active. This doll has stood up well to her play. The doll is also helping her to learn how to be more gentle with smaller "ones." She likes to "feed" the baby, rock her, and take care of her "little sister." The doll is a little loud, but she loves it. At naptime and bedtime, we simply turn the baby off so she can "rest." When naptime is over and when she gets up in the morning she gets to turn the baby back on and take care of her little baby. We are very happy with Santa's purchase.
