I am generally a very positive person. However, this dollhouse is a total piece of junk! Pieces broke as we were assembling it. The cords for the "working lights" are too short, so the chandelier cords have to angle across the rooms to reach the sockets. If it had cost $25, I would have thought, "well, I got what I paid for." In this case you do NOT get what you pay for!

Not all the lights work; the plastic breaks as you assemble it. We'd return it is our daughter wasn't so in love with it, broken and all.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter for christmas and she had a blast creating each room, the lights are also very cool. I do agree that the plastic is kind of cheap but we had no missing parts or any issues with pieces breaking. Overall this was a big hit!
