We love this bunk bed. It was easy to assemble and fits in perfectly in my daughters room. She has even converted the bottom drawer into a trundle for the dolls. Very happy.

When it arrived the box was all banged up and stained.When I put it together alot of the screw holes were to big and the screws would not hold.I had to glue toothpicks in the holes to get them to hold.A day after I took it to my granddaughter house she call me and told me that one of the preassembled boards on the drawer bracket broke.Would never buy from this company again.By the way this is the second time I've rated this for amazon did you not read or care about the first one PLEASE GET BACK TO ME.

For the amount of money spent on this product, my husband and I were very disappointed to see pieces with substantial scratches that were fixed so pathetically that the paint was left to drip and then dry only to be more noticeable than probably the original scratch. Unfortunately, Christmas is only moments away, so we are stuck with it for now. I guess the elves were drinking that day?
