I bought this Vacation house along with the two story Beach House. The Beach house is much sturdier and has more accessories. On this Vacation house, it is very flimsy and weak feeling. The half of the house that can be put on top of the other is pretty pathetic. I don't think it even deserves to be called "half" of the house since it's a lot smaller and more fragile. The concept is neat, but the actual execution is not very good. The sofa to bed gimmick is dumb because it is just a matter of flipping the purple plastic piece down. Then the stickers with pillows show instead of the other stickers. I don't like how they relied on stickers so much for this playset. Also, the Vacation House is supposed to keep the accessories in place with these pegs. The downside is that each accessory has a big awkward knob on it so it can be "stuck."The Beach House comes with a big sofa that converts to a couch, so this one doesn't even compare. If you have to choose between the Vacation House or the Beach House, go with the Beach House. It comes with more rooms (bathroom) than the Vacation House.

This is fun to build but slightly anti-climactic to play with.

The title is deceiving, this is no glam house, it's two glam rooms.

Given the average price for Barbie houses I thought this was a bargain.

My daughter had lots of fun with it for a day or two, it's collected dust since then but I still think it's cute :).

My 7 year granddaughter loves it. It was easy to assemble as a matter of fact she did the assembly. Also it is just the right size for space wise. She also loves that the small pieces snap in place and can be moved around.
