I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It was cute, but I was rather disappointed. First of all, the wrap-around skirt would not fit around the doll's waist so that the velcro would match up and close (we tried moving it up and down) because the velcro was not sewn in the correct positions to fit around an American Girl doll's waist. I had to remove the velcro and sew it back on in different spots to fit. To me, if I am paying almost $30 for this outfit, I should not have to do this. The tights snagged immediately because of all of the velcro on the other layers of clothes. This is not necessarily the manufacturer's fault, but it is something to be aware of since little girls will be dressing and undressing the doll and it requires a lot of skill to get the leotard on over the tights without snagging them. For the money, I was disappointed in the quality of this product.

I bought this outfit for my niece's American Girl doll and the black dye of the leotard has bled onto the body of the doll thus causing the body to have grey spots. I am completely embarrassed that I gave this item as a gift and it has discolored my niece's favorite doll.
