My 3-year-old received this as a gift and loves it. The hair does get tangled pretty badly since it's so long. But that's the nature of the toy. I love that the shoes can be put on and taken off easily, but stay on firmly. The outfit is nice and it looks like Rapunzel. Nice doll.

I bought this item for my 4yo niece who LOVES Rapunzel. Honestly it's basically a Barbie doll with long hair and extensions you can clip in to me.... but to my niece, this is Rapunzel, THEE Rapunzel with cool extensions and a tiara and tiny shoes you can put on and off. The pro is probably that the hair doesn't become as easily tangled as other Rapunzel dolls, probably because it's shorter. The thing that bothers me is that 2 of the extensions are wired so they're very stiff but bendable. But what's important is that she loves it. Otherwise, I'd give it a poorer review.
