This is the correct picture, according to the Mattel site. However, the bigger doll is shown as having the closest thing to Afro hair that's ever been seen on a Barbie doll and I was thrilled so I bought it for my daughter for Christmas. The reality of the dolls hair is that it is two ponytails that are barely wavy and very soft. I ratted them to try to achieve a bit more of a 'fro but it's woefully inadequate. When I called Mattel they said "sorry that's all we have in stock" so it seems clear to me that they took the designers original intent ad Whited it out.Barbie So In Style Trichelle & Janessa Dolls
