The purple Fashionistas doll comes with a molded bodice that lights up, silver skirt, and purple vinyl overlay, a large 'ice' type of necklace and black boots. Unlike the pink fashionistas singing doll, the purple overskirt does extend all the way to the back of the doll. Oddly enough, she doesn't have any jewelry (no earrings or bracelets) except for the large oversized necklace.
Her hair has kinky wavy styling on the front and purple streaks. None of the dolls in this series come with stands, so they can't really stand up and pose with the microphone on their own.
All the dolls sing the same annoying high pitched sing songy tune. It can get very annoying and grating after 5 minutes; I recommend hearing it in the store first before buying to make sure it doesn't drive you nuts.

we gave this to our 5yr old for her birthday and she loves it. She keeps pushing the star, which makes the doll say "I wanna be a fashionista". That amuses her.I will admit the microphone stand does come off a lot, but probably because my daughter sleeps with that barbie so may have bent it. I don't know.
There are 2 other versions we are considering getting.
But it's a great addition to my daugther's barbie collection
