We bought this soft doll bed for our much loved 12" Melissa & Doug Jenna doll. It is a little floppier around the head area than I expected. When you pop dolly inside and pick her up in it the head area bows outwards. Not a huge deal and certainly not a deal breaker. The fabric is very sweet, the picture here is a true representation of what you will get. The entire bed is very lightly padded, I don't believe there is any cardboard reinforcement inside (plus point for washing!) The pillow is nicely padded to cushion precious baby dolls head (it is stitched down) and the cover is stitched at the bow to hold down the top. There is adequate room to get baby in and out without any need for the top to come open. The straps are quite long, which allows my three year old to throw them over her shoulder and carry baby as though she were in a handbag, LOL. The quality is good and I can see this bed lasting through my youngest who is currently only 13 weeks old.
