I purchased this doll initially just for the outfit and I was going to donate the doll itself to charity. I had recently purchased an 'American Girl Doll' for my daughters birthday and they do not offer a Girl Scout uniform through there website. All the other Girl Scout Uniforms I have found online for dolls look kind of like a real uniform but the patches were not authentic looking. This dolls however are just like the real thing! When I received the doll in the mail I was shocked at the quality of the doll. She was perfect! Her hair is so soft, curly and bouncy. And the doll seemed very high quality and made with care and love. I just love it! My daughter is not of color but I know she will just love this doll. I plan on switching the outfits with the American Girl Doll (so my daughters replica has the uniform) and now her doll has a new friend! Couldn't be more happy with my purchase!

I redressed her as Annie for the exhibit at the performance of my niece's dance school. One little girl said Annie is not a Black girl. I told her Annie can be whatever color you want her to be.

The configuration of this doll is amazing. Her hair is combable and brushable. I bought it for my 6 year old granddaughter who fell in love with it immediately. I bought clothes from a boutique which fit perfectly. It also fits the American doll clothes. Very well made doll.
