I was very excited to get this toy for my 5 year old daughter who just became a big sister. Its hard to find Barbie dolls that have babies, most will come with an older toddler age child. Unfortunately the play pen and swing fall apart VERY easily. I had to keep putting the pieces together for my daughter over and over. It was frustrating for her and myself. This toy is currently scattered about in pieces and no longer played with. Its just poorly designed. Unfortunately they dont make Barbie toys as sturdy as they used to.

My 3yr old wanted this, so her dad got it for her. The baby swing that comes with it doesn't go together properly so it keeps falling apart. It looks like the legs for the swing are supposed to go two different directions, but they both angle the same direction so it won't snap together all the way. As soon as we set it down it falls apart. I have contacted mattel about it in hopes they will send us a new swing, but no word from them yet. My daughter will not part with the baby or the doll.

This is my first barbie baby doll set and I'm very impressed, it was fun putting the parts together and it didn't feel cheap at all. Both barbie and doll along with all the accessories are lovely
