My 4-year-old daughter received this doll for Christmas, and was instantly fascinated that she could simply take the skirt-tail off and have a regular barbie with 2 legs. My daughter has been very happy with the flexibility of being able to play mermaid or barbie with the same doll. The price of this doll was less than the other mermaid barbies, but my daughter has never said she missed any of the features of the higher priced mermaids, so overall I'm thrilled with the value this doll has provided.

This item was perfect and my granddaughter loved it. I inserted this doll into her mermaid cake and it was loved by everyone. I gave her the clothing to this doll in her gift and the attachment along with the necklance into her package and with other odds and ends. She is a beautiful doll and I received in plenty of time. I created the mermaid body to go on the outside of the cake with my homemade fondant..... a really adorable cake. Thanks so much for making it available.

This product is very popular with young girls. As a grandmother, I aim to please. I have no problem with this product. The movie Mermaid II is a fan favorite and so encourages the doll.
