my girls both got 18 inch Madame Alexander Dolls for Christmas and a few outfits including this one. the quality is great...very easy to get on and off (even for my four year old). colours are bright...this is one of my girls favorite outfits for their dolls...

I bought this for a present for my 4-year-old grand daughter. She can manage the dress and hairband, but I can hardly get the shoes on the doll myself. Since the shoes are a big deal to her, this was a disappointment to us. They have NOT loosened up with time. The dress, however, is very cute, and easily managed.

This outfit is really cute. The dress is made well and thoughtfully with velcro attachments for the criss-cross straps. Our platform sandals came in hot pink, but otherwise the same. And the shoes are easy to put on with the snap-on design. The headband is a little cheesy since the flower is made of felt. But we're going to replace it with a more stylish one anyway. Overall, nice fit and looks really great. BTW, get some undies for your companion if she doesn't have any yet. Or you can pair it with leggings.
