I actually purchased this doll for my grandmother who has recently been admitted to a nursing home due to Alzheimer's\Dementia. She had mentioned several times that she would like a 'baby that looks real and has a hat' so I found this doll and ordered it for her. She was overjoyed with her new baby. It is so lifelike, even has dimples and 'baby fat rolls'. The doll is lightweight, so it is not a problem for my grandmother (who is very weak) to hold it. It is small enough that she can lay it in the bed with her or carry it with her in her wheelchair. My three year old daughter loved this baby doll as well, so it looks like I will be ordering another one so she can have her own!

I was so excited to get this doll for my 4 year old daughter. She often plays mommy and neede a more realistic baby doll. The doll arrived and looked beautiful in her package which stated 'realistic girl'. I wrapped her up and placed her under the Christmas tree. On Christmas morning my daughter opened up her dolly and was thrilled! Within moments we had her out of the box and my little girl was eager to change baby's diaper, but upon removing this dolls pink outfit we were very surprised to see an uncircumcised penis! I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had a surprise when taking the outfit off. I bought both the pink and purple polka dot "real life" little girls for my daughters for Christmas. Then I thought I would get one for my youngest daughter when she turned 2, and ordered another pink polka dot little girl a week later. She turned 2 this past weekend. When I took the outfit off to change her into another little girl outfit, I also discovered a little boy instead! But she could care less for now, a baby doll is a baby doll to her. my kid had the box open when she found it she love it so much. it is fun to play with to. also it is a girl doll and not a boy like some people have posted i am very happy with it
