Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this toy. It is super cute and the colors are bright and cheerful and attract kids. Everyone will probably have a good laugh at this, but my 5 year old SON loves it!
Pros:
Super cute
Parts and doll seem very durable (aside from bear which falls apart)
Nice packaging (would make a great gift)
Includes everything a kid needs to play.
Cons:
There are a lot of pieces to keep together and it seems like we're always missing something and having to search for it.
The little bear isn't very durable. He falls apart all the time. It's annoying and very frustrating when you can't find a leg!

I saw this toy for $30 so when I saw this for $14.99 I had to get it for my daughter. This was her first "Little" Lalaloopsy although she has a few full sized ones. This one was perfect for her and a little bit easier to play with than the larger ones. The accessories that come with her are are neat and the hot water that goes in the "magic medicine bottle" makes the stitches and freckles disappear on her face. The bear is cute but he does come apart easy. The "magic milk" was also cool to my daughter who is 6 years old. And the stethoscope makes noises. Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program My kids love Lalaloopsy dolls. I like them because usually, they don't have a lot of parts to be concerned with. This particular doll set is an exception. You get the cute doll. (Nurse Rosy's little sister.) You get the stethoscope, that makes cute little sounds when you press the diaphragm. You get a sippy cup. You get a medicine bottle (empty) with a removable cork. You get a cast for the doll's leg. A single bunny slipper for the other foot. You get a little "bandage". You get the bear who comes apart in multiple placeshe has a bandage for his head, an ear that comes off, an arm that comes off, and a leg that comes off. It really doesn't take long before your bear is one armed, one legged, and one eared. Basically, the only thing you can hope to keep up with is the doll and the stethoscope.
In usual Lalaloopsy form, the box is a parental torture device. Why on earth they make it so difficult to get into their packaging is beyond me. But be prepared to spend at least 10 minutes with a pair of scissors trying to free the patient from the box. I suppose that is where all the injuries must have come from. Honest reviews on Lalaloopsy Littles Sew Cute Patient
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Like the full-size Lalaloopsy's, the Lalaloopsy Littles, are simply too-cute, too-sweet and utterly charming toys for girls. This "Sew Cute Patient" kit includes a stethoscope with sounds (batteries included), the blue-haired "Rosy" doll, a bear patient and several other medical-themed accessories (casts, cups, "boo-boo" healer). Her story (as all Lalaloopy's have origin stories) says she was sewn on "Feb. 7" out of a "nurse's uniform" and that her personality/medical problem is a "case of the sillies."The entire package would make a great gift for a little girl, and comes with enough goodies and add-ons that it happily and independently entertained a five-year-old for the better part of an hour, with no other items. No small feat.
I deducted one star for the pull-apart nature of the bear (arms and legs detach), as I can see his little limbs getting lost pretty easily and the difficulty of getting the cast on and off the Lalaloopsy doll herself, which will require adult intervention for most under, I'd say, 7 or 8.
Other than that, the toy seems well-made, durable and can be wiped clean and, even with the caveat above, still has far fewer "easy to lose" parts than, say, a typical Polly Pocket or Barbie set, which can be a nightmare of fiddly little bits and bobs designed to be stepped on in the night.
Overall, this is a nice addition to a really adorable line of toys.
