We have the 3 story version of this dollhouse ("Majestic Dollhouse"). Following is my review of the 3 story model: I am generally a very positive person. However, this dollhouse is a total piece of junk! Pieces broke as we were assembling it. The cords for the "working lights" are too short, so the chandelier cords have to angle across the rooms to reach the sockets. If it had cost $25, I would have thought, "well, I got what I paid for." In this case you do NOT get what you pay for!

This dollhouse would be a good purchase for $25 however at $90, it is a total ripoff! It is a very 'junky' product. Mine arrived missing an important part and with only one out of four lights actually working. I have contacted the company twice with no response. The edges are a cheap plastic frame (mine was bent almost impossible to assemble) and the walls and floors are cheap cardboard. We got the 3 story version of this dollhouse for my 9 year old daughter and she loves it. Hours and hours of painting, weaving, planning and designing. It fits well together and is fun to play with but it is not for young children. I bought this for my 3 yrs. old granddaughter who is very advanced creatively. Her and her Mom had a blast doing this together and it is an ongoing thing. You can change wallpaper ,floors etc. over and over again ! It also has lights that work !
