I LOVE this doll! Although my daughter is not a brown little girl girl, this doll helps me to teach her about the unique differences of all children and cultures. We live in a suburb where we don't have a lot of diversity and I was concerned about her world view. The Pretty Brown Girl doll helped us have a much needed discussion with her at an early age about skin tone and that although we all look different that we are all beautiful inside and out. She loves her Pretty Brown Girl doll and so do we! I will surely buy her again as a gift for my co-workers children as well.

This doll is beautiful. I am thinking of ordering another so I can have one for my daughter to play with and one to display! I wish I had thought of that when they were at the introductory price! I love her "real" hair and she appears to be sturdy enough for child's play. I am so glad my daughter will have a pretty brown baby doll she can be proud of!

Laila, The Pretty Brown Girl is truly one of the most beautiful "brown" dolls I have ever seen. My daughter is in love with her and has not stopped playing with her since she arrived. Laila, is a high quality doll with beautiful features. I love her soft curly hair! The Pretty Brown Girl message is spreading amongst my daughter and her friends. They all love playing with Laila.
