This seemed like a really nice, good quality doll stroller. Not the case. At least, not ours. The wheels keep coming off. We've had this stroller for 4 months now, and I've had to put the wheels back on 5 or 6 times already. Expected a better quality for the price.

UPDATE: I have contacted Hape directly, hoping they would be able to solve this problem. They have promised to send me replacement wheels and hardware. This was over a month ago.

UPDATE: I finally received the replacement parts. So far, so good. Maybe we received a defective stroller.

UPDATE: Replacing the wheels didn't help. They still come off.

The wheels keep falling off and it's a lot flimsier than I thought it would be. It's also pretty short so my three year old has to bend down pretty far to reach the handles. For the price, it's not worth it.

I requested this for my daughter's first birthday. She was just beginning to walk on her own and I was hoping for something that would be a sturdy support (without causing her to fall forward). This wooden stroller is designed very nicely and overall is quite sturdy. I would say that the size is quite nice and will allow my daughter to enjoy a couple of years of play. She was 28" at one year. I will try to add a photo so that it is easier to gauge the size. Now, about the wheels. The wheels came already attached. 2 of them have fallen off several times. A little super glue on the screw before tightly replacing it has done the trick nicely for the last 3 months. For the money this stroller is a nice compromise. It is not a $10 cheapo plastic version that will be ruined in a month. It is also not the top of the line (over $100) version that will last generations. This is a good quality, decently priced option for handing down to a younger sibling. So far we have gotten daily use out of it and thoroughly enjoyed the play.
