Buy Shimmer Skirt with Black Velvet Top Dress for American Girl Style
The dress came and is very cute, but not exactly as it seems in the picture. The color is a more vibrant blue than shows, which was really nice, and it has an unusual shimmer skirt that had pieces of shimmer that are stips so that was just unexpected, but cool. My daughter loved it and thats what counts!
