I bought this in addition to the barn. It goes will with it. If your child is in to horses and farm animals I would highly recommend it. My 4 years old daughter loves to play with this set. It is well made with wood which means her baby brother will be able to play since it will last a long time. One of the horses head and legs move which makes her very happy. I would recommend for ages 2 1/2 to 6 years old.

Plan Toys is one of my favorite toy companies! This stable is no exception. It is durable and provides my 2 and 4-year old with plenty of creative play. Must get the barn and animals with it...so worth it! It will not disappoint!

Best Deals for PlanToys Stable

I have been a big fan of Plan Toys for a while now and order almost their toys exclusively for my home-based preschool. The roof pieces on the stable and hen house are both not made of solid wood--they have a thin veneer on the outside, and particle board or a cardboard like material on the inside, hidden by the red paint. How do I know this? The first week after buying this toy the corners of the roof were damaged during play. For the prices charged by Plan Toys, I expect them to actually use wood as they attempt to portray in "Materials: Rubberwood." It irritates me every time I see the damage that my loyalty to what I thought was a company I could trust was useless.

Love this gift that I purchased as for my little five yr old grandson. Good quality, very detailed. He loves this gift. Would recommend for anyone. He thinks so much of the entire set, he is very careful to put each item back in the paper it came in to put away so nothing happens to any of it.

Hen house is cute with the chicken. Horse legs move and has feed pan and bucket. Looks great with barn.
