These dolls are very nice and look very much like the characters in the film. I love that they made a mother/daughter pair! They are standard Barbie/Skipper sized and appear well-made. My 2and 5-yr-old nieces love them and haven't managed to break or damage them yet. My only complaint is that Mattel has started making the Disney dolls out of hard plastic, and thus their knees don't bend any more. Not as much fun to play with, IMO.

I bought these dolls as a gift for my nine year old grand daughter. She is absolutely delighted with them. Each doll is approximately 8 to 9" tall. They seem to be well made and are quite pretty. Personally, I think they are a bit expensive but I guess any product tied to a hit move will have a premium price. These dolls are of very good quality and represent well the characters in the movie. The dresses are beautiful and seem durable. The belts are cheap plastic but that doesn't matter. The queen especially is exquisite, her hair is braided well. They come with their removable shoes. And when I got them I was impressed. Not only were thay priced nicely for the pair but they both looked like exact replicas from the movie to me. I do wish the Mom came with the bear costume and that maybe their clothes could've shown more enthusiasm from the seamstress/fabricator..............other than that my daughter was a fool when she got them.Paired them right together with her huge doll house and she was off for hrs!
If your daughter is a girly girl who still likes dolls and make believe, Yes, this is something she would like!
