My daughter (3) is a huge fan of the little mermaid. I bought this for the bath tub but she loves it so much she doesn't want it to get wet :) It goes everywhere with her. We get lots of giggles when we spin the shell and make her tail move.

I bought this as a swimming toy for my daughter who is 4 years old. She really enjoyed playing with Ariel in the pool. The "swimming" feature was so so, but it floated pretty well.

I got one for my birthday and I've always wanted a swimming doll. I liked her in the way of fashion and looks. A year later, they've updated her face & hair...and the box too. So I decided to sell the one I got for my birthday for the latest doll. I just liked what they've done to the princesses now with the hair & dresses; make them look modern. I like that. I trimmed the elastic off of her hair. (not the side one)
