We ordered two of the dolls and within the next day I recieved a call to inform me that one of the dolls was missing her slippers and because of that they would refund the money for that doll and ship both dolls to us for free!! I felt they went above and beyond in satisfying their customer and I would buy from them again anytime!

OK I had barbies when I was a girl I have nothing against them "then", but today you either get tramp barbie or sleaze barbie even the drs and vets have skirts so short you can see their breakfast. Only hearts seemed like a great alternative, they are fully poseable have great detail in facial features, and so far we have not needed a slew of clothes. They really fit well in the Kidcraft doll house we got for christmas
