This was a birthday gift for my twin grandgirls, accompanying the wheelchair and crutches set that is also available for the 18 inch dolls. I was really impressed by the quality of this outfit; it is very well-made as well as adorable. I love it (as well as the wheelchair et al) for the inspirational and educational value it offers IN ADDITION TO the fun the girls have "playing doctor". I'd love to see more "professional" outfits like this.
