My daughter saved her money and bought this. First off, when we purchased it directly from the Ashton Drake company they sent us an email a day after we ordered saying "your doll has shipped!". We were all excited....but for days the tracking number didn't update. They didn't really ship it til 5 days AFTER the shipping confirmation. So that was a bummer. It finally arrives, we open it...cutest little face. But then we pull the baby out, and uncover the hands, and they were just plain scarey! they look like a skeleton/olllld lady grabbing out at you. The feet aren't much better. You can see all the glue all over her head holding the hair in (I thought the description says the hair was individually put in?) ..I didn't even notice the glue/hair thing..my 9 yr old daughter did! I also, wasn't expecting a typical cloth body. We were also disappointed that it doesn't FEEL like a real baby as far as weight. So really, what you are getting is a typical babydoll from target (for $20) that has a cute face and gluey hair. My daughter is pretty bummed she spent allll over her summer money for this creepy looking doll. If you keep everything but it's face covered, it's cute. Thankfully..this company offers a full refund, and back it's going. Hoping it's as easy as they say it is!
Bottom line isonly get this doll if you really don't care what it looks like all over or just plan on posing it on a shelf (hiding all it's not so cute features).I liked her and then my daughter started to play whith it so I gave it to herSo I'm half and half
