Purchased this shoe for my daughter's American Girl dolls. They are cute, seem to be made nicely. One shoe was a bit harder to get on one of her newer dolls but went on with some wiggling.

They do not fit our older pre-Mattel dolls though.

Shoes came with a big brown sticky blob on top of the bow. Not very attractive. Perhaps you should look at the items you ship.
