I purchased this Madame Alexander Baby doll for my granddaughters first birthday and I know that she will be thrilled with it. I also purchased several accessory items to go along with the doll so that she'll have many hours of interactive fun playing with it. It's a just the right size doll for a one year old with a soft body and vinyl face, hands and feet. She is well constructed with good coloring and gorgeous expressive eyes. The miniature plate, bowl, spoon and sippy cup that comes with her will allow the little mommy fun playing with her. Her outfit is well made also. A cutie for sure and a perfect first doll that I hope my granddaughter will treasure for a long time!

This doll is adorable. Has pretty blue eyes, with lashes. Eye lids open and shut. Doll has soft body. Plastic arms, legs etc. are "soft like" texture. Most 14" baby doll clothes fit her. Face is very sweet. Good quality!

This doll was my first real baby doll purchase for my 2 year old last Christmas. It was on sale last minute on Amzon for about 15 bucks. I don't like Dollar Store/Wal-Mart type dolls, but I also don't want to pay $60 for a baby doll. I feel that it is high quality and most importantly safe, as in non-toxic and not super plasticky. It has almost a retro feel to the face, a little old fashioned which I love. The detail on the hands and feet are supersweet. I saw other reviews about it not really having any hair, and the headband comes off, but we all know babies end up naked anyway! And I like that it encourages free play but came with a feeding set that is much used, rather than a baby that goes pee or something.

I bought this for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it. It is her baby, May Lin. The dolls is very cute and the open/close eyes are appreciated by my daughter who likes things to be realistic. This baby doll is so much prettier than most baby dolls I have seen in stores.

Santa Claus brought this doll for my 2 year old daughter. She fell instantly in love and named her baby doll Christmas. Baby Christmas has been carried all over and is so durable and just the perfect size for a two year old. My daughter loves that when she lays her down, baby Christmas closes her eyes and goes to sleep. The accessories are just right and her outfit it soft. I highly recommend this doll to anyone purchasing for a toddler. She is not heavy and the plastic head, arms, and legs are not too hard. Baby Christmas even sleeps with my daughter at night.
