FINALLY, a way to get the small sized Maximus! We got the boat toy so we had a small scaled Flynn from that set, but this is the only one that offers the small Maximus. Anyway, this is our fourth Rapunzel doll in this scale and yes, we have the hair braided on all four and keep it that way, otherwise it gets tangled in the neck joint and the arm joints. Nice to have some different dresses, nice that they are cloth and not silicone, nice that they don't have those little shoulder pieces that get lost like other sets, but I will say that the arm holes were quite small and hard to get Rapunzel's hands through. This is the first set that we got that came with a crown in, it is also available in one of the smaller sized sets that was all about hair accessories. The twins have just started playing with this set as we just picked it up today at Walmart, but they are happy to now each have a Flynn, to each have their own Pascal, they were even psyched to have another lantern (they have some already from the boat set), but mostly they're very happy to finally have a Maximus, that's what it is all about. Cute packaging too, might even actually save this package...

This is the one toy that has all the characters from Rapunzel including extra dresses for Rapunzel. I recommend this toy if you have or are planning to purchase the SMALL Rapunzel tower. This was a hard to find item when I purchased, and the price has come down signigicantly since I purchased mine.

I bought this set as a cake topper for my daughter's gingerbread tower "cake" for her 8th birthday. After the party, we were easily able to wash off any royal icing that got on the feet of the figures or Rapunzel's hair. This set was a bit pricey on Amazon, while it goes for $19 at Toys R Us, but Amazon had it in stock when no one else did, so I'm grateful I was able to get it in time for my daughter. She loves playing with the set!

My little girl turned 3 and I bought this set to go with the smaller Tangled Tower. It was perfect! She loved the Rapunzel doll in this set more than in the tower so I was more than happy to save one! The only thing I recommend is you braid Rapunzel's hair first so you don't have any tangled messes. All in all a great gift and my little princess is very happy!

The story bag is the only way to purchase Maximus and Flynn to go with the tower. I couldn't find it in the stores at the time so I ordered it on-line. Shop around as the vendor that I purchased it from was way over priced.
