I bought this as a gift for a girl who just turned 6. She loves playing teacher & she's starting to get obsessed with everything Barbie -this item was perfect! I think the other little girls were impressed that it came with a real chalkboard.... Mom wasn't as excited about small pieces, naturally, but that just goes with Barbie. For a reasonable price, you get a themed Barbie, an extra doll, & a couple of coordinating props... can't beat it.
