This dress fits my daughter's 19" playbaby Reagan perfectly. I bought her the same dress in her size, so it is the first time that she has gotten to dress just like her baby (who looks just like her :) they love having pink princess tea parties. Would highly recommend purchasing these dresses together for your own little princess! It's very stretchy so should fit many sizes babies, and appears to be very durable, and soft too (we just got it in today.) So glad we found these dresses!!!
