When I first received this bed we had to do keep tightening the bed rails and ended up stripping the wood. I called the company and they were very kind and within 3 days had shipped me new bed rails. Excellent customer service.

An elegant, stylish, stackable bed for 18" dolls. I bought two for my granddaughter's American Girl dolls. The bedding that comes with them is quite nice. The two beds arrived well packaged (which I only mention because I bought these after having to return a badly-packaged doll bunk bed from another company that arrived with the poorly-designed box partially open, with pieces missing.) I have purchased several other items from "The Queen's Treasures", and have been very happy with them. Love that "Queen's Treasures" include a lemon tea bag with each shipment, with a great quote from Eleanor Roosevelt: "A woman is like a tea bag: you never know how strong she is until she's in hot water." Our daughter is a huge fan of American Girl and we have our share of dolls and beds. As most AG fans know the prices are high and a bed for each doll adds up. So when we received an unexpected doll after the holidays I went looking for a less expensive bed. I found it! This bed is PERFECT!! I wish I had all the dolls in this bed. It was easy to put together, shipped for free with a purchase of a hand made dress from the same company and most of all my daughter loves it.I highly recommend this company and it's doll furniture and clothes. Great price but more important a great product.

In an earlier comment, I noted that, when we assembled the bed, a wooden slat broke and we ended up gluing it. We purchased this as a gift for a family member to give to her daughter as a Christmas gift. The Queens Teasures was very responsive to comments in my initial review and did offer to send replacement materials. I passed this info on to the appropriate parties. I am assuming that everything worked out in the end! In consideration of the customer service, I would order from this company in the future. I am also thinking that the glue did its job and nothing further was needed.Barb (the Gramma)
