The doll comes with the limbs and body wrapped in plastic -under the clothes. It took me half an hour to get the clothes off -it was nearly impossible to get the skinny pants over her feet, and I was also afraid of breaking off an arm -and clip away all the tight layers of plastic with tiny scissors, then get the clothes back on! The first thing that happened here was that 2 of the 3 tiny "buttons" popped off; fortunately I caught and saved them to glue back on. The outfit is just 2 pieces, but trying to dress something this small in multiple layers would probably be difficult.
Next was a trim of her bangs, which came well down over her eyes. Her hair gets a bit flyaway and isn't quite as soft and silky as the stock photos (which I've seen labelled as a "prototype") suggest. But it's lovely and luxuriously thick.
The detail in the face is terrific, and I think the expression is the cutest of all the little Pullips, hands down.
She comes with a stand, whose clip goes (a bit awkwardly) around her neck. As the other reviewer noted, her glasses don't fit too well, and they are quite flimsy. They'll hook over one ear, but not the other, and the hinge needs pinching often to tighten. They're too narrow for her head. The skinny pants restrict her leg movement somewhat so she can't quite sit with her legs straight out. And, some of the hems on the clothing are not as neat as the photo shows; I pulled off a few stray threads.
The review wants ratings for "educational value of the toy" (none that I can see) and durability (uh-uh). But, several million points for cuteness, yeah?
In spite of all the little glitches, I really think this is an adorable little doll, I'm having a bit of second childhood taking pictures of her, and am overall really pleased I got her.
Recommended (and recommend shopping around for deals; the prices on some of these are insane)... if you are a very careful handler. This is definitely not a toy for rough little hands!

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the over all construction of this figure. I am very impressed with detail of the eyes. The hair is very tidy coming out of the box, not tangled at all. It comes with a little adjustable stand.I have a few minor complaints though. I have never owned anything by this company before, so I don't know if any of this is to be expected. The glasses that come with it will not stay on his face, what so ever. The glasses do not come with chain that you see in the Black Butler anime and manga. The shirt, vest and coat are all on piece, that close in the front with Velcro. Same with the pants. The shoes are a part of the body and do not come off. As you might have noticed this figure does not come with his signature chainsaw or scissors.
Over all I am pleased with this purchase and while there are some complaints, I am happy with it.
