I bought this starter furniture kit for my 2 and a half year old daughter's dolls house. She LOVED it from the moment she opened the box. There are so many little pieces to explore and play with and certain things like the stove and the toilet can open and close which is great. My personal favourite is the little red and white kettle which is too cute for words.The furniture is all made of wood and seems pretty durable, nothing has broken yet and the paint does not seem to peel although the oven door on the stove does not seem to stay closed anymore.
A very good buy for a little girl's first doll's house. I'm very pleased with it. Oh and it comes with a little wooden baby doll for the pram so you wouldn't even need to buy a baby doll along with the other dollshouse dolls you purchase.

I thought the set looked nice when I saw online, but was even more pleased when I got them and saw them in person. They are sturdy, wooden pieces. Love the bright colors. I especially like how the doors open up and it came with some smaller pieces to actually play with.
