I bought this after much consideration. I, like many, waited too long to order the American Girl shave ice stand and FLAT OUT REFUSE to pay over four hundered dollars for a piece of plastic. After looking at this product over and over I bought it on good faith (there was not a single review to boost my confidence) and I like it WAY BETTER than the AG version!! I haven't given it to my daughter yet so I can't say what her reaction will be but she's not stuck on the AG label being on the product, she just wants to run a shave ice stand with her Kanani doll so I think she will be Thrilled! It is super cute, looks like wood (but I don't think it is) is very sturdy and heavy and much more realistic looking in natural colors and a sort-of-straw roof. The size is good though I did sit her doll on one of the stools and the seat depth is a little short but they do stay awkwardly seated on the stools. They even sent me 2 complimentary "Girls Rule" stockings I will give them for their dolls and a nice little tea bag for me :>) Couldn't ask for a nicer company. Product well packed and came in 2-days with absolutely no damage. If your daughter will sadly be missing Kanani's shave ice stand this Christmas ORDER THIS INSTEAD. You won't regret it!!!

I ordered this after reading the other listed review and have to agree. It is really made very nice and I think it is actually nicer than the real AG Kanani ice stand. The seller made every assurance to get it here by Christmas and she did. We just love this Coconut Smoothie Stand! It is wonderfuly madevery sturdy and looks great. The tiny coconut cups are perfect and the two doll sized chairs work well with the stand or on their own. My daughter owns many AG itemsand this is actually a higher quality product. The company has super fast shipping and always stands behind their items 100%. We were one of the families who waited "too long" for the AG shave ice stand, and bought this item to fufill a Santa wish list. This was perfect. I purchased this for my daughter. She has an American Girl doll and wanted the American Girl Shaved Ice Stand which cost 120.00 dollars. I didn't save anything on this product but at least it was in stock. This product is durable and she has had it for 6 months. it's a great product and doesn't look like plastic junk like the stuff you get from The American Girl Store.
