The picture does the doll justice. The doll is so much cuter in the picture than the actual product. The bangs do not come to the eyes as shown they are way up on the dolls head. If you are paying for the name you aren't getting much for the price. I was terribly disappointed. The doll arrive in a small white box with the doll in a bag. The arms were slightly twisted in the wrong direction probably from shipping. I at least expected it to arrive in Precious Moments packaging. I had bought is for a gift and was embarrassed to give it out of proper packaging. I felt they may think I was giving them a used toy. You can hear the ABCs, 123s, and song very clearly. The button and zippers are big and easy to use. The snaps are average size and are easy to use. The feet are small so the tie on the shoe is small. The other shoe has a tiny velcro tab that almost seems worthless to have on there. It serves it's purpose but I feel it was pricy for what you actually get.
