This is a beautiful baby doll. Her features, expression, eyes and hair are very lifelike. My granddaughter was so excited when she unwrapped her this Christmas. I was disappointed that we could not get the doll's thumb to fit in her mouth, nor any size pacifier, though it is advertised to take both. Also, fabric comes down to the calves and lower arms then change to vinyl. It would have been nicer for the vinyl to go above knees and elbows to make the doll more lifelike with dresses or short sleeves. All in all, this is a wonderful baby. I included with the doll a gown set with blanket that belonged to my granddaughter when she was an infant. So nice for the doll to be able to wear newborn size clothes!

I purchased this doll for my granddaughter after hours of researching quality baby dolls. There just doesn't seem to be any manufacturers of fine dolls anymore. There were several things that are very disappointing regarding this doll. First, the doll has a strong chemical odor that is very unpleasant, just as another review stated. I applied a strongly scented lotion to the doll numerous times which seemed to help. Secondly, the doll has a slightly green tint to the skin giving the appearance of being ill. Thirdly, I agree with another review that stated the arms and legs have too much fabric in proportion to the vinyl arms and legs which are very short. The legs should extend with vinyl to above the knee and above the elbow for the arm. The facial features are beautiful and the detail to hands and feet are very realistic just like a baby's skin. I do not recommend this doll for purchase as I feel it falls too short in quality. I did not return the doll because I did not have time to purchase another one. My 5 year old daughter just received this doll for Christmas and completely fell in love with it. It's bigger and a little heavier than normal baby dolls which makes it perfect for the older little girls. Very well made and an absolutely beautiful doll.
